It does take about two weeks to start seeing changes but it helps my skin keep its radiance. It also keeps my hair shiny and bouncy. As for nails, I havent noticed too much because Ive always kept them short and clipped

After taking for 2 months, I could see a difference. Skin looks healthier; especially my face, nails are stronger, hair is shiny & thicker. My family started to notice as well. I love this supplement & will continue taking it. Tastes great also. Quality product!
