These are so tasty. Besides them making me feel more energetic, they were the perfect substitute for my sweet cravings! The texture threw me off at first but it grew on me very quickly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for yummy vita-gummies to get through their day :)

It also contains gelatin which is made from animal byproduct like hooves. Save your money, it didn't do anything for me

They actually dont taste that bad. Ive only taken them for a few days so I cant comment on the results however if they would like the pills then they will defiently help my skin and my hair. Really good it grew my hair out really fast and made my skin glow. Not to mention how quickly my nails were growing. Also the taste of the gummies is very enjoyable.
