I have not used it long enough to notice much difference on my hair, but I noticed immediately that my nails were fantastic and feeling so much stronger and smoother than they were before. I was really happy about this because I had been looking for something to use for my nails and this was totally unexpected for it to not only benefit my nails, but to heal them completely! And they taste good too.

They dont have a nasty aftertaste and theyre a perfect sweet- not to sweet and not tart like. The packaging is super cute also, it matches with the gummies! Love love love them. I also have the pills but I prefer the gummies.

It tastes good so I loom forward to taking them in the morning. So far it is meeting my expectations but it will take awhile before I see visible results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used nature's Bounty products for years. When the option for these gummies came out I jumped on the opportunity to try them. I have purchased them about 4 times already and love them. They have a pretty good strawberry flavor (although it seems a bit artificial) its strong. The chew is soft and pleasant. They go down easy not hard to swallow like other pills. They don't bother my stomach so. I can chew two sometimes without a meal. The results aren't immediate I saw use the whole bottle for the month and test. The results are good, but subtle you have to continue to use them I grew an inch and half a month on my nails when I was only getting less then half about another half inch on my hair growth a month its more shinny less dull then it was before. Not sure if it improves thickness or prorosity, but definitely more healthier growth overall. My skin is less itchy more elastic as well. I would recommend to. Anyone looking for a healthier affordable option for growth vitamins

This is the perfect size to keep from having to go to the store every week. They taste like candy and have vitamin c, vitamin e and biotin. These are a new favorite of mine and I will purchase and look for other vitamins in gummy form in this brand. When they taste so good like candy you will rarely forget to take cause you look forward to them as a treat. I received these complimentary from influenster but that doesn't affect my review.
