It could definitely just be placebo effect, but either way Im loving the YUMMY flavor (I always want to eat more than two). I also love that theyre not as sugary and carby as other gummy vitamins at only 15 calories!

I have been taking these vitamin gummies for the past two years and loved the texture and effect it had on my hair and nails. I recently purchased another bottle of gummies and was disappointed with the new formula. It's more chalky rather than gummy. It tastes like the diet coke version of the original. I would still give this product a 3.5/5 stars.

Compared to other alternatives, I didnt see a lot of improvement. My hair and my skin wasnt greatly affected. My nails did grow a little stronger.

Its so much easier to take than regular vitamin tablets which gross and chalky. I would DEFINITELY buy this vitamin. There has been a really improvement in my hair and nail growth & health!!

Right now my hair is braided so Ill have to wait until I take the braids out to see if theres a difference/if its grown. My skin hasnt changed (I still have some pimples/imperfections) and my nails are about the same. I definitely need to keep eating it to see if it actually works but it tastes really good.

They are a good supplement if you are looking for Biotin and after about a month I can tell a different in my nail strength.
