[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello! I received Natures Bounty Optimal Solutions for hair skin and nails. I gave it 3 stars and have only had it for 2 wks, it usually takes about 3 months of trying a specific vitamin. In the 2 weeks Ive noticed my nails are actually growing a little and theyre hard. Id like to try and do a review when Im finished with the bottle! Theyre soft and very tasty, no vitamin aftertastes and remembering to take 2 a day is easy if you leave them on my nightstand.

These are a great affordable vitamin option if you are looking to begin to include vitamins in your day to day life. The gummies are always really nice to eat since vitamins can be big and taste terrible, the gummies will be a little more enjoyable and easy to take every day.

I would eat them as a snack, if I could. Not sure that Ive been using it long enough to see results, but it seems very promising. This is a Very good choice if your looking for a good tasting and affordable option that will give you a great amount of nutrients to help a woman's hair, skin and nails. I've bought these many times and still do occasionally. With the added amount of biotin they have now just made them even better being that i noticed great results when taking these.

They were very tasty, easy to digest. They got a weird white film on them over the course of the month. I'm not sure if it really did anything or not. I didn't see much improvement, but it was a great price and worth the try. It didn't really work for me, but I've had friends who have loved it and it is a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited when this product was sent to me by [user:Influenster] however was pretty disappointed when I read the ingredients and they had gelatin in them. Im vegetarian and dont eat gelatin. I passed them off to my mom. Shes liked them so far, hasnt noticed a different in her hair and skin but says the taste grate and shes still willing to wait it out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I incorporated these into my morning routine and have been using them almost 3 weeks now. In that time I have seen some results that I'm happy with. I love that it is a gummy versus normal supplements that are in tablet form. There's no artificial flavors, lactose, soy or gluten and a few others. Being that I cannot have gluten, I was happy to see I can take these with no worries. The number one ingredient is sugar though, so keep that in mind. There is 80 gummies which is a 40 day supply at 2 gummies per day. They taste great and don't leave a weird aftertaste that I usually notice with some gummies. I take 2 gummies with my morning coffee or breakfast. Results were not immediate, remember that it is a supplement, but after using for almost 3 weeks I did notice that my nails grew not only faster than normal but were quite a bit stronger. There has been no big change in my hair or skin but I believe with continued use, there will be. The gummies are a boost in the vitamins you need for healthy skin, hair and nails. I'll definitely purchase these when I run out and keep this in my routine.
