Im vegetarian and dont eat gelatin. I passed them off to my mom. Shes liked them so far, hasnt noticed a different in her hair and skin but says the taste grate and shes still willing to wait it out. The gummies are soft, but you did get a slight aftertaste that lingers for awhile after taking them. The dosage is just 2 gummies once a day, which makes it easy to remember to take them. After taking them for about two weeks, I noticed that my nails didn’t crack like it usually did. I personally didn’t notice a difference in my hair or skin.
