The hair, skin, & nails gummies don't leave a bad taste in your mouth and they don't taste chalkie like a lot of other vitamins. I usually always see a difference when I use these vitamins. Honestly?? They're not my favorite. They taste wonderful, but I hold a high standard to my hair skin & nail vitamins because my hair is SOOOO thin and brittle. They did nothing for my hair (and yes, I gave them 2 months to kick in). I know it sounds gimmicky and insta-dumb, but Sugar Bear Hair is where it's at. It's honestly the only brand I have found that gives you results you can see and feel within the first week and actually helps my hair grow again. They are soft, squishy, and sweet! They taste like a sweet treat but theyre actually good for you! I definitely think this is a good price as long as they work like theyre supposed to! I received complimentary via voxbox and have used the entire bottle in a month, (taking two a day.) Unfortunately I did not notice any difference in my hair, skin or nails. I have definitely had more luck with just taking biotin. Too bad biotin doesnt taste like strawberries.
