The picture is great - normal pictures are enhanced, and 4k pictures are extraordinary. I was worried about how bright it would be because OLED is considered less bright than other technology, but I have no complaints at all. Also very happy with the smart apps - everything is bringing me up to date with the best tech.

Within the first month we needed a replacement of a module that powered the TV. It was down three days. Now the TV will not hold streaming channels-drops numerous times while watching. We go through all the mechanations, clear cache, unplug for 3-5 minutes, check internet speed, etc. Filed for support, left telephone number two days ago, waiting on callback. Other then that, picture and sound is great, broadcast stations are fine.

While the TV itself works well, the remote is extremely annoying and difficult to use. The button layout is not user-friendly, and the overall design feels uncomfortable in the hand. It is not very responsive when navigating menus, and typing on the screen becomes a slow and frustrating process. Another major issue is how overly sensitive the remote is. Even when I am not using it, if the remote is sitting on the couch and gets lightly touched or pressed by accident, it will change the channel, adjust the volume, or even turn the TV off. This happens no matter which direction the remote is facing. Just a small accidental touch immediately triggers unwanted actions. This has made the viewing experience very frustrating. I expect a more reliable and user-friendly remote from a brand like Samsung. Please consider improving the design, sensitivity, and overall functionality of your remotes in future models.

I already tested it in a 2025 model, and it is much better than the one running on the S90D 2024 model. The TVs are only one year apart; why not update the OS? Please do it.

This one really stood out to me on lack of glare, great clarity, and motion. Thinking of getting one for the bedroom, but maybe a tad smaller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Samsung TV we've purchased and have been completely happy with each one. This particular 55" OLED has a very clear and vivid picture. It's very easy to set up, add apps and adjust all settings. It was also easy to mount on a different stand and configure with a sound system. The remote works well and wasn't too difficult to figure out, although I do miss a number pad for changing channels quickly. Many of the channels provided on Samsung TV Plus are my go-to's when I can't find anything as good to watch elsewhere. We primarily use the TV for watching shows and movies - we don't game or pair other tech with it, but I'm confident it wouldn't be difficult to do. We've had other TV brands that simply did not live up to the ease and quality of Samsung and that's why we keep buying Samsung!

It is very thin and it is mounted on the wall, so weight is no problem. I would buy Samsung again! It actually replaced an earlier model Samsung TV
