Broke twice in a year

Something with the power board has now broken twice and thankfully it's within the year warranty so we cn get it fixed otherwise we'd be in the hole. They won't extend the warranty to a year after replacement dat either so we will not be buying Samsung again.

Game Changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sheer beauty of the image made me say "Wow!" out loud with the first 4K disc movie I played. This was a great upgrade from the 7 year old QLED it replaced. I watch sports and broadcast tv from a good antenna, having "cut the cable" long ago. Tuning & programming stations is straightforward and done quickly, and the tv shows beautiful video quality from a good over-the-air signal. My grandson had his PS-5 connected, and he was amazed at the clarity and responsiveness of the screen in some intense FPS action. Again, the deep blacks, vibrant colors, and speed of this OLED panel really shine across all sources. So the negative for me is the remote. I am not a fan of remotes without number keypads, and I don't want to "talk" to my remote. I bought a BN59-01199F Samsung remote control that works great and has one-button access to the channel guide and features I use a lot, without needing a multi-tiered menu system to make my selection. The other aspect of this tv that is not to my liking is the initial screen after the tv has booted up. It offers a myriad of possible choices of things I may want to watch. In other words, marketing of shows and streaming services are slapped in my face when I fire this tv up. I already know what I am going to watch and I don't need 15 other "suggestions". It is not helpful-- it is only noise. Still- the screen SHINES and the traditional remote I bought let's me use this as I want. Buy it. The visual beauty will not disappoint.

happy with my purchase

Remote control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am writing to share my frustration with the Samsung TV remote. While the TV itself works well, the remote is extremely annoying and difficult to use. The button layout is not user-friendly, and the overall design feels uncomfortable in the hand. It is not very responsive when navigating menus, and typing on the screen becomes a slow and frustrating process. Another major issue is how overly sensitive the remote is. Even when I am not using it, if the remote is sitting on the couch and gets lightly touched or pressed by accident, it will change the channel, adjust the volume, or even turn the TV off. This happens no matter which direction the remote is facing. Just a small accidental touch immediately triggers unwanted actions. This has made the viewing experience very frustrating. I expect a more reliable and user-friendly remote from a brand like Samsung. Please consider improving the design, sensitivity, and overall functionality of your remotes in future models.

Awesome Picture And Sound

Problems unresolved

Within the first month we needed a replacement of a module that powered the TV. It was down three days. Now the TV will not hold streaming channels-drops numerous times while watching. We go through all the mechanations, clear cache, unplug for 3-5 minutes, check internet speed, etc. Filed for support, left telephone number two days ago, waiting on callback. Other then that, picture and sound is great, broadcast stations are fine.

65 inch S90D OLED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with my Samsung S90D delivers stunning visuals with vibrant colors, perfect blacks, and incredible contrast! : It has a high peak brightness, making HDR content pop with bright highlights. This a welcome addition to my home theater experience. I am using Yamaha's Rx A6A receiver coupled with Panasonic 9000 ultra blu ray player. My Samsung performance is flawless so happy I bought it!

Great picture But

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture. The operating software is terrible. At times it will change APPs on its own. My other TV a Sony is so much easier to add APPS. Also there are limited APPS compared to Sony. I can not say anything good about the remote. To small with little control options. Sony was more money but my next TV will be a Sony.
