This TV made my jaw drop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's literally like I saw black colored in movies for the first time, the colors pop right off the screen and the smart ai picture clarity plus audio settings actually improved the picture quality!!!

Timing is everything 😩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually very poor timing on Samsung’s part. I’ve had the tv for less than 4 months and it decided to take a dump last night. No power up or any sign of power from the set. Tried all of my troubleshooting ideas before trying to get service. Finally got to Samsung service line but the service company is not Samsung and when searching for Samsung service facilities there aren’t any on the map. I spoke with a service company Samsung connected me to but they could give no clear answers regarding service, time frame and I have to unmount the unit from its wall mounting before their tech will come out to look at the unit. Very inconvenient considering the unit has not been in service for 4 months. This is my 4th Samsung unit personally owned and the 1st real problem in well over 20 years but most expensive. So sad quality has fallen on this manufacturer. Hope it can get resolved quickly but in my experience with second tier repairs speed nor convince are top priorities. In my previous profession I facilitated the specification, purchasing, installation and maintenance of over 1000 Samsung lcd projectors in a major school system. I let the success of those endeavors guide on this purchase. Thanks in advance for a prompt reply. Steve

This TV IS GREAT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the TV mostly for watching movies some gaming The picture is outstanding The sound is good a small issue with the USB output ports on the back of the TV do not turn off when you turn the TV off they are always on not a big deal found a workaround

Another great Samsung TV

We bought our first Samsung TV in 2011 and it served us very well. Last December I told my wife that we should buy ourselves a new TV as our Christmas present to each other. Given our good service from our old Samsung TV I began to read the pros and cons of various types of displays. It did not take much time to decide on which model we wanted. We bumped up from a 55 inch to a 65 inch. The difference in picture quality was amazing even though we thought the old TV was great. We stream everything rather than using a cable connection and although it took a little while to get our various streaming apps up and running each step was very easy, simply verifying that we had the various subscriptions. Now I am looking for a smaller version of this TV for my wife’s work and craft room. We are very, very pleased with this purchase.

OLED 65” TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV used for streaming movies. Decided on OLED better suited for dark rooms versus QLED TV’s. Definitely worth the upgrade of 2013 Samsung 55” TV. No issues setting up TV, enough HDMI ports, remote was no issue.

This is my 4th Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previous three were just great and expected the same with #4 but could not produce the quality of picture expected at the price point of the TV. Reviewed the problem with the dealer and they suspected a faulty processor and there was no problem with returning the unit. Bad day at the factory I suppose. Still use and like my first 3 Samsungs

Beautiful TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watch this tv as our main living room entertainment, stream, play DVDs, watch broadcast TV. We love the picture however the power biard failed only 4 months inro viewing. Service was good but took 2 visits and we werecnot able to use it for three weeks. Hoping it will be fine now.

S90DD OLED 4k TV 2024 Ultimate Tv Experience

I love the screen of this tv

Great picture, apps, and functionality
