The difference between the technology is just amazing.... i cant see everything with the new tv and the software is lag free! Highly would recommend this tv to anyone, it's super thin too!

My husband just retired and his favorite thing to do is watch movies. I got this for him and the picture is just amazing! Everyone who walks in the room comments on how real the picture looks. It’s like the people on the screen are actually in the same room! We love it!

But every now and then a dark, transparent bar appears at the bottom of the screen. It’s about 3 inches wide and goes across the entire screen. It goes away on its own after a while. Also, while watching fast paced sports like hockey, the picture sometimes gets a bit “jittery”. Like the digital can’t keep up with the action on screen.

I cannot offer comment on built in speakers as I use a sound bar. Highly recommend this product its worth the investment, you won't be disappointed!

In fact there was nothing wrong with our 10 year old TV, so we gave it to our son when we purchased this television. It is easy to operate and set up, and we have never had a problem with any of our Samsung TV's. We will not change unless we have a problem with our new TV.

I have also been very impressed with the user interface. This is a feature that is normally overlooked. It seems like Samsung has put a faster processor in the TV to make the system work very well.

Reviewed the problem with the dealer and they suspected a faulty processor and there was no problem with returning the unit. Bad day at the factory I suppose. Still use and like my first 3 Samsungs
