These pads absorb quickly and keep me feeling completely dry, even during long days. The odor control is excellent — it really keeps everything fresh for hours. I also appreciate the ContourFit design; it’s soft, comfortable, and stays in place without feeling bulky. The moisture-wicking layer does exactly what it promises — no wet feeling at all. I can confidently go about my day without worrying about leaks or discomfort. If you’re looking for strong protection that still feels light and discreet, I highly recommend this product. Poise truly delivers on comfort, absorbency, and confidence!

I have interstitial cystitis and when I’m going through a flare up, getting to the bathroom in time can be a challenge. Also, I have stress incontinence when I sneeze or cough, so I thought having these on hand during a cold would be helpful. I feel like these are too thick for my needs and can definitely feel them when I’m moving. I think they would be better for someone that has more than just a slight dribble (as I have). I feel like I would have been better off getting something other than ultimate absorbency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise.com has an Absorbency Scale which claims: Ultimate Absorbency - 6 Drops "Offering the highest level of protection for significant bladder leakage or gushes, these pads ensure maximum comfort and security during daily activities or more strenuous tasks. Offered in Ultra Thin." I tested this Poise pad with 2 cups of warm water and did my best to produce a "gush" of water. I'm impressed! A single drop splashed off the side of the pad but everything else was absorbed quickly. There is a slight wetness to the pad when you touch it but it's a pad, not a diaper. It is also very soft to the touch and was fairly quiet when I opened it. It's around 15 inches/38 centimeters long and 4 inches/10 centimeters wide (in the center).

It doesn’t squish together while wearing like other brands. It holds up for at least 6-8 hours. The product is made out of quality material as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads have great protection. This size 6 was a bit large for me as you can see in the pictures. They were as long as my arm! However, since having a hysterectomy holding my bladder isn’t the greatest anymore. These were very dependable with great absorption and odor control. I have since purchased size 4 and am extremely happy with them.

They are super soft and thick which provides ample cushion. The aren’t really discreet in everything because of the thickness but that’s the trade off for great absorption

Absorbency is excellent..Also it doesn’t show when you have them on so no embarrassment.
