[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise.com has an Absorbency Scale which claims: Ultimate Absorbency - 6 Drops "Offering the highest level of protection for significant bladder leakage or gushes, these pads ensure maximum comfort and security during daily activities or more strenuous tasks. Offered in Ultra Thin." I tested this Poise pad with 2 cups of warm water and did my best to produce a "gush" of water. I'm impressed! A single drop splashed off the side of the pad but everything else was absorbed quickly. There is a slight wetness to the pad when you touch it but it's a pad, not a diaper. It is also very soft to the touch and was fairly quiet when I opened it. It's around 15 inches/38 centimeters long and 4 inches/10 centimeters wide (in the center).

As someone who is physically active, and has kids- my bladder just isn’t what it used to be. Insert- poise. The pads are absorbent, and zero odor. I couldn’t imagine a workout without them!

It will cover almost full back and front side. It doesn’t have wings but still has rubber on it. I hope it will not leak. I need a time for using it

It doesn’t cause me any rashes or anything I’ve been using it for a couple of months now. It’s breathable. And it’s a big pack! So will last for a bit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a life saver at times. I have neurogenic bladder and these really keep me protected in case of accidents. They ate a bit thick and have me raw rash at my thighs but that out wasn't bad. They don't seem to have any kind of freshness fragrance which could be nice BUT they do keep odor under control. Very recommended product.
