These pads handle significant leaks without any feeling of dampness against the skin, which is crucial for comfort and preventing irritation. Despite their high capacity, they are surprisingly thin and contour well to the body, making them discreet under normal clothing—no bulkiness! ​If you need maximum protection for peace of mind, especially when you’re out and about or exercising, this is the one to choose. However it is very absorbent and comfortable. It doesnt feel like im gonna leak. Its packed well and easy to use. I'd highly recommend using it. Its better than using certain other brands snd works well.

It’s so annoying to have to deal with this issue at my age, but it is what it is and I literally cannot take it. These make going out on longer trips easier for me I’m reassured that just in case I can’t find a bathroom that I’ll be OK.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise.com has an Absorbency Scale which claims: Ultimate Absorbency - 6 Drops "Offering the highest level of protection for significant bladder leakage or gushes, these pads ensure maximum comfort and security during daily activities or more strenuous tasks. Offered in Ultra Thin." I tested this Poise pad with 2 cups of warm water and did my best to produce a "gush" of water. I'm impressed! A single drop splashed off the side of the pad but everything else was absorbed quickly. There is a slight wetness to the pad when you touch it but it's a pad, not a diaper. It is also very soft to the touch and was fairly quiet when I opened it. It's around 15 inches/38 centimeters long and 4 inches/10 centimeters wide (in the center).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great absorption and soft, doesn’t chafe. Absorbs quickly so no odor. Love the elastic helps keep in place and not be uncomfortable. A little more padded than I like but worth it for the protection of staying odor free and dry.
