The Poise Fresh Protection pads in 'Ultimate' absorbency are incredible and 0 odors. The design is very ergonomic, and you can see the quality in the stitching and the material (check out the second photo!). It feels soft against the skin but is tough enough to handle everything. The shape is a little more curved and which makes for a better flex and fit. Because of this the feel is better than expected. I absolutely recommend these to anyone, especially if you have heavy flows or bladder leakage.

The material in the pad is soft and doesn't irritate my skin. The size and shape is perfect. I'm a larger size and these fit surprisingly well. The sticky backside clings well to underwear. I was super impressed by the pad's ability to mask odor. I use the pads most when I'm traveling long distances or when I'm going out and don't know if I'll have quick access to a bathroom. Often times, I don't have any warning before I'm suddenly leaking and these pads have been so helpful in these very embarrassing situations. The pads make me feel comfortable going places. I definitely prefer this brand over others I have tried.

As a mother of 5 kids I struggled with leaks and these pads sure do help for those long late nights leaks and opps . I’m no longer having to use the wet pads on the bed and these are so easy to use they show where the front is and they are very absorbing. They don’t have any scent and they fit onto my underwear comfortably.

They’re really absorbent, so you don’t have to stress every time you cough, laugh, or move the wrong way. Once it absorbs, it actually stays dry instead of feeling wet and gross. They’re thicker than regular period pads, not gonna lie. You can feel it when you first put it on, but under normal clothes it’s fine. I wouldn’t wear them with super tight leggings, but for jeans, work clothes, or just daily life, no problem. They stay in place most of the time and don’t bunch up if you stick them on properly. Odor control is good too I never noticed any smell, even after wearing one for a while. The only downside is the bulkiness and if you have sensitive skin, they might feel a little irritating after long wear. But overall, they’re comfortable and reliable. Bottom line: If you need something that actually works and don’t want to worry about leaks, these are solid. Not cute, not fancy, just dependable
