A few weeks ago I bought an 84 pkg. of #4 long length. I started to use them & they were at least an inch shorter than my older ones. I thought they may have labeled them wrong, so I went to another store & bought a 54 pkg. #4 long length. Same problem. I do not like them, too short for me. I do not want to purchase more at this length. They also do not adhere like the other ones did. I am disappointed to say the least!

I’ve tried Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency for a few day now and I can say that they are a great product! Super comfortable and absorbent! I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These poise pads work great. Not for what they're supposed to be for but for overnight periods that are heavy. My first 2 days of my periods are always the worst so I use these at night. These last till the next morning without any leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pack I received has a 6 on a scale of 1-6 strength meaning they are "ultimate". These were honestly best used at home at night time when I knew I wasn't going anywhere but still need to feel comfortable with a little extra help. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and leaks are very much a thing (especially when you sneeze or cough too hard!) so when I couldn't waddle to the bathroom quick enough or woke up feeling a little extra something down there it was reassuring that I was protected and didn't go through my bottoms or sheets. I'm not sure if I would wear these out as I'm not the biggest fan of pads and they make me very self-conscious but pending on the outfit, location and need exceptions could be made. I will definitely hang on to these throughout the remainder of my pregnancy though! THAT comfort is well beyond a necessity!

I wanted to give it a try before I submitted my review so I wore one to bed and was surprised how bulky and uncomfortable it was. The protection level was a 6, which is ultimate protection. In the morning I wanted to test the absorbency and I poured a very tiny amount of water in the middle of a cupped pad in my hand and the water was immediately absorbed and was leaking out the side of the pad. I think for the heaviness and thickness of the pad, the person wearing this should have more protection. If this was less bulky it might make sense but this product was too bulky for me and from the water test doesn’t hold fluid very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length would have been great if only they were narrower in the groin area. They were very absorbent and for the most part the pad was comfortable. However, I had a narrow groin area and the sides of the pads pressed into my legs which caused irritation and discomfort. I had surgery to remove lymph nodes there in 2006 and it began to hurt after wearing the pads for 10 minutes. After using 3 pads I had to stop using them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having medium to high countenance issues, the length of this pad and the absorbency is great, it could use a little reinforcement on the sides, but by far this is one of the best pads that I have used. It keeps me clean and odor free and very comfortable.
