We all know we are going to need them sooner or later so I tried one and slept in it overnight and coughed hard to check leakage hehe. Let me tell you, these Poise pads are very comfortable and have sides that capture fluid much better then a winged period pad does. They are thin and not noticable they dont make you sweat down there too which is a big plus. I'm definitely using these when my time comes. I think they would be great for heavy bleeders and during and after pregnancy too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was presently surprised with these. The length is great. I couldn't believe that they actually stayed in place. It's actually very absorbent. My only critique would be they felt a lot like a diaper till I got used to them. But most pads of this absorbency are much like diapers. Over all I would very willing but again even if I just use them for overnight protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were great. They had no leaking issues. They were comfortable. I do recommend wearing them to bed because they were rather large and kinda look liked you were wearing a diaper. But other than that, they were awesome! Definitely recommend.

They fit well and are breathable. I'd buy them when needed. I used them post surgery for my endometriosis and they did as they were supposed to.
