[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with the absorbency and coverage these provided but they didn’t stick very well to the inside of my panties and that resulted in it moving around and being very uncomfortable to wear. I think this could be remedied with better adhesive and possibly by adding wings.

The other thing was the length was extremely to long and you could tell If a person had a pad or diaper on. If it wasn't for the length and thickness the Poise pads would be a great product.

I love that there comfy but a little to long and thick for my liking but other then that there great . The absorbency is great for daytime usage. Extra absorbent in the middle of pad. This package has 27 pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length- are perfect for those heavy flow days sleeping and/or awake! I did not experience any leakage or bunching up on the sides like most pads- I was very surprised overall with how well it held up. Its wide in the front and back which helps it stay in place when doing normal activities throughout the day. Glad I made the switch I've always used ALWAYS but will be using this brand going forward!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start with the disclaimer that this type of item requires complete honesty and I intend to provide it. I am in my early 40's, have had 5 children, and live with mild multiple sclerosis. I suffer from very irregular periods & have leaks and bladder issues ie cough, sneeze, uh-oh! They fit, but not in your cute undies. These work in full coverage. The fit is bulky, but not unbearable. It absorbs quickly & I haven't noticed odor. As far as leakage, I honestly haven't had a situation where this is tested. I guess time will tell! Kinda wish it had wings. Overall, pretty good product and will likely but again.

I agree with the other customers about the poor redesign of the new Ultimate pads. They leak out the sides, whereas the "old ones" did not. PLEASE go back to your old design. I have been embarrassed more than once while wearing these. I have used this Poise pad for 20 years, but no more (unless you go back to the old design).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have back problems, diabetes and have had multiple pregnancies. So I tend to have giggle and cough leaks but on top of that, from time to time, it's hard to take the first few steps. When urge incontinence strikes, these do a great job at catching that gush that has caused a lot of embarrassment. The long length Poise pads in particular, have been extra helpful with those moments. You go to stand up and dread fills your body as bladder says "HELLO". BUT your Poise pads have your back... and your front covered. They simply don't allow the urine to make it that far. And they don't feel as horrible diapers. You know you're covered against the laugh leaks, the sneeze blast and cough gush but it truly doesn't feel or more importantly, look like you're wearing a full on diaper. They don't hold a full go but they will save your pants til you can get in there. Poise long length pads also don't seem to stink like some others can. Definitely a win.
