So much better than the medium length ones. They absorb so much, I’ve used some in the past where the blood literally went through my pad and onto my Panties because they didn’t absorb much so I’m so glad I was able to try these. Will definitely be purchasing these.

For incontinence it’s definitely overkill. You will want to wear them with full coverage underwear because they are large and plush! Therefore, you should not have leaks but they are easily detectable if wearing leggings!
