I think I would be more comfortable wearing diaper, because they are too much for me. Also, like I said the absorbency is great with Poise, but there is something about this brand that seems to irritate my skin. Overall, Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency LL would great for someone who doesn't mind or needs the thickness and length this product provides, because they do hold and absorb all wetness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for heavy menustrational flow. These pads are absorbent, gives extra protection and keeps you fresh for at least 4 hours. These are great for at home or when enduring in extra activity. These are without wings but that’s ok as they are long and can absorb to keep you fresh and comfortable. I give this product two thumbs up!

The pads are also huge and don’t fit inside of my underwear but they seem like they would work well. I think I might have picked the wrong size and maybe there are smaller options with the same length. This size is not as comfortable as I hoped it would be. I thought they were slightly more breathable than the pads I use. I would buy these again after looking at the sizes closer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Really enjoyed the length and the texture of these pads. At first they seemed like they'd be bulky and uncomfortable ... However i was gladly surprised to notice i didn't even feel it on nor through my pants. They have a great shape that actually seems to contour to our bottom when sitting so i didn't get the twisted pad that spins around the bottom and this is something i always feared while using pads. They are very durable at holding your flow and and give me lasting comfort for atleast 3-4 hours. I highly recommend these.

I hated coughing or sneezing and wetting my poor underwear, now wearing these pads I feel dry and clean. I like the long length to cover when you are laying down or sitting. I highly recommend these pads as they work awesome.

On top of it, it’s long and I don’t have to worry about the leak. At the same time, it’s comfortable to me. I’m glad to find this product. Highly recommend to all females.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rated “Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length” a 3 out of 5 because I found them to be a bit too wide to really stay in place, it seemed like it would kind of go sideways when I was sleeping at night. I’d recommend panties like boy shorts with these. Overall they are great for heavy leakage and get the job done.

I really like this longer length because it inhibits accidental leaks getting onto my clothing. These pads are also quite absorbent as well, making them excellent in my opinion. I think these are probably the best incontinence pads that Poise makes! I'll be very happy with purchasing these pads again in the future and I'll also be recommending them to my friends who have problems with incontinence.
