I gave one to try to a family member who was having a coughing fight and she was so thankful for them because it helped out with leaking and leakage. People think this product is just for inconsistent but it helps with people especially women who are having problems with coughing a lot and don't want to be embarrassed about it. Extremely excellent product that people should not feel embarrassed about. We are all getting older and after having children sometimes your bladder is not where it should be all the time. Will definitely be using these in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright, folks — if you’re dealing with bladder leaks or postpartum “surprises,” these Poise pads aren’t the worst thing you can grab. The absorbency is actually really solid — they lock it up faster than a small-town bar at midnight when the snowstorm rolls in. No leaks to report, even after a good laugh or sneeze attack. Odor control? Honestly, pretty decent. I wasn’t walking around worried I smelled like a porta-potty at the county fair, so that’s a win in my book. But the comfort? Ehhh… that’s where things go a little sideways. They talk about this fancy “ContourFit” design, but I gotta say, unless you’re shaped like the model on the box, you might be doing the pad shuffle to get these to sit right. And even then? They’re not exactly all-day comfy. More like, “get through your errands and change it as soon as you get home” kinda comfort. Bottom line — great absorbency, good odor control, comfort could use some work. Would I buy them again? Maybe for short outings or emergencies. But I’m still on the hunt for the holy grail of leak protection that doesn’t feel like I’m wearing a mini mattress.

I have suffered from incontinence for years and tried several other brands and types of products. But, after using the Poise product, it has allowed me an amount of freedom from fear of accidents. The Poise product is very absorbent and can hold a large amount. It really suprised me (in a good way). The Poise products are comfortable to wear and not too bulky. I highly recommend this product to anyone that is suffering the way I was and want to regain your freedom to cough, sneeze, laugh, etc. The Poise brand is truly the best.

The absorbancy is there and these did not cause any leaks, even on the first day which is always my heaviest. They weren't too bulky either so it's not obvious you're wearing anything if you decide to rock tighter pants or shorts.

First, it stayed in place the entire time I used it (an absolute must, for obvious reasons). Second, it was super comfortable and if it wasn't, that's a deal-breaker for me! Third, it kept me completely dry and 100% did its job! I've tried other Poise products and have always been quite impressed. This one is no exception and has the same top-notch quality, that is a trusted part of the Poise brand. I would feel confident in using these in my normal everyday activities, as well as with more rigorous activities, such as playing sports, exercise, hiking, jogging, etc. In summary, I give this product 5 stars out of 5 stars and would not hesitate to use them in the future, as well as highly recommend them to anyone who needs them. In fact, I challenge anyone using another brand to try these from Poise and am completely comfortable in saying...you'll never switch back (you can thank me later lol)!

I think I would be more comfortable wearing diaper, because they are too much for me. Also, like I said the absorbency is great with Poise, but there is something about this brand that seems to irritate my skin. Overall, Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency LL would great for someone who doesn't mind or needs the thickness and length this product provides, because they do hold and absorb all wetness.

They were big enough so you won't have to worry about leakage and I thought they were comfortable to wear. So yes I would definitely recommend them I know I would buy the Poise Bladder Control Pads.
