[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length worked just great when I coughed and had bladder leakage. The longer length gives more coverage and the width of the pad gives more coverage as well. They are comfortable and fit just right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Poise 6 drop long pads are great! They're long, do absorb quickly, and don't have a scent. The packaging is good too. They're wrapped in a cloth like material. I do recommend these pads if you have leaks.

Surprisingly these too were very comfortable and very absorbent. They stayed in place when I slept and kept me dry. Definately recommend this brand.

Poise pads were recently changed  - I have been buying the same  same absorbency for several years - now all of a sudden they are thinner, they bunch up, the pad itself seems to fall apart within the covering. I am completely disappointed in this product I have trusted for years and will now be investigating other brands.

Plus, they are long enough to catch leaks from front to back. I have an overactive bladder (urinary incontinence), which is really embarrassing, so I need a pad that is super absorbent, and THIS is the one. It pulls the wetness and odor into the core where it locks them in. These pads keep me dry enough while I am having a leak until I am able to make it to the bathroom. No more visibly embarrassing messes on my clothes. If it has ever happened to you, then you know how damaging that can be to your self-esteem, even if it happens to you when you're at home. The efficacy of these pads is imperative when it comes to keeping you feeling confident. I would rate them a 10/10.
