Plus, they are long enough to catch leaks from front to back. I have an overactive bladder (urinary incontinence), which is really embarrassing, so I need a pad that is super absorbent, and THIS is the one. It pulls the wetness and odor into the core where it locks them in. These pads keep me dry enough while I am having a leak until I am able to make it to the bathroom. No more visibly embarrassing messes on my clothes. If it has ever happened to you, then you know how damaging that can be to your self-esteem, even if it happens to you when you're at home. They fit well and are breathable. I'd buy them when needed. I used them post surgery for my endometriosis and they did as they were supposed to.

The only slight downside is the stickiness isn’t that great. So it becomes untuck from my underwear earlier than I would normally change it. Overall good.
