Even at night when I am tossing and turning they still hold up and I don’t experience leaks at all. I like how long and wide they are and they provide the ultimate protection.

They don’t put off the big smell. You don’t smell anything once you’ve used them. They don’t leak. The packaging is beautiful. The pad itself is beautiful if you can call a pad, beautiful. I’ve had the incontinence problem for a good 15 years. I had the surgery about 10 years ago. It lasted about a year and then it didn’t work. So yeah I have a long time of using incontinence pads and these really shocked me. They are really good so if you have this problem, give these a try you will really like them. I was surprised like I said they might cost a little more than some of your cheaper ones. But they’re well worth the extra dollar just the feel of them and how much more they hold I’m mesmerized. I realize it’s just an incontinence pad. But when you have that problem, it’s not just an incontinence pad. It’s a way of life and I am so glad Influenster sent these to me to try for free.

So I tend to have giggle and cough leaks but on top of that, from time to time, it's hard to take the first few steps. When urge incontinence strikes, these do a great job at catching that gush that has caused a lot of embarrassment. The long length Poise pads in particular, have been extra helpful with those moments. You go to stand up and dread fills your body as bladder says "HELLO". BUT your Poise pads have your back... and your front covered. They simply don't allow the urine to make it that far. And they don't feel as horrible diapers. You know you're covered against the laugh leaks, the sneeze blast and cough gush but it truly doesn't feel or more importantly, look like you're wearing a full on diaper. They don't hold a full go but they will save your pants til you can get in there. Poise long length pads also don't seem to stink like some others can. Definitely a win.

I’m very happy that POISE makes pads in different lengths because let’s face it, we are all different sizes. This particular pad is Long Length Ultimate. They’re perfect to wear for days and nights. I’m happy that I can get up to 12 hours without leakage. These are 3 in 1 bladder protection and they do work. They control odor, keep me dry and they are very comfortable to wear. I carry these with me wherever I go and even keep extras in the car.

I truly need full granny style panties to use these. Though they are bulky it did its job. So that was a massive plus, would have rather and option to pick size for the type of style we choose.
