Plus, they are long enough to catch leaks from front to back. I have an overactive bladder (urinary incontinence), which is really embarrassing, so I need a pad that is super absorbent, and THIS is the one. It pulls the wetness and odor into the core where it locks them in. These pads keep me dry enough while I am having a leak until I am able to make it to the bathroom. No more visibly embarrassing messes on my clothes. If it has ever happened to you, then you know how damaging that can be to your self-esteem, even if it happens to you when you're at home. The efficacy of these pads is imperative when it comes to keeping you feeling confident. I would rate them a 10/10.

When I was in my 20's I never needed a long pad now just turned 40 this year I need a longer pad. I never thought it would be so hard. I will never use anything else again! I’ve started levels to help but when I sneeze or badly cough I can admit I do have issues with my bladder. This helped for sure and caught what it was supposed to. I can’t account for people with an extensive issue but certainly helped my minor leaks.

I have decided that the Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length pad works the best. There is no leaking and very comfortable. I feel more confident when going out with friends because I know that I will not have an accident because of my overactive bladder. I always wore long tops as to cover any accident I might have while waiting for a stall to open. Now I don't have to anymore. They are so absorbent and have odor control just incase of an accident. The pads come in a discreet package that fits right inside your purse. I will recommend these pads to anyone of my friends or family member.

Therefore I used these pads for my cycle this month- mainly overnight because my flow has increased after childbirth. I must say these are very comfortable and the absorbency is amazing. They are on the large size so they definitely will show if you are wearing tight clothes but they work great for overnight. I would recommend purchasing for overnight wear.
