I thought the long length might be uncomfortable but in fact to my surprise I felt comfortable and extra protected while wearing them. I have an inconsistent problem so during the day while wearing the pad if I had a little accident which I usually do the Absorbency in the pad was great. It was thick and held in the urine and it did not leak through to my underwear. It’s just like if I don’t make it in time to the ladies room while I am out or at home. I am sold on Poise they are comfortable and I don’t feel like I am even wearing anything and like I mentioned the fact they stayed in place was a plus for me. I used to wear bulky diapers because I thought that’s what I needed but now I found my new go to and I am quite pleased and will definitely be buying it again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking the product out of the box, I was already under the impression that it looked and felt very thick and bulky. Unfortunately after using the product I still felt the same way. The pad is soft and I like the length of it for extra protection, but it felt so bulky like I was wearing a diaper. I felt uncomfortable walking around and could definitely feel there was something in between my legs. On the upside, it was very absorbent and didn't have a lot of odor coming from it. Overall, I prefer something a lot thinner with maybe a different material that would be just as absorbent.

After many years of living with Poise, the last couple of 4 pac boxes (27 ct long length Ultimate Supreme) have left me disappointed, terrified of having an accident, having to throw away pad after pad that is soiled and leaked in just one area and have to use 3 a night. Seems the technology has reversed. I am looking for a new pad...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent protection! These Poise pads are absorbent and provide great protection from leaks. The pads are quick to aborb fluid and I did not worry about leaks. Fluids are wicked away from skin reducing the chance for irritation and redness. The pads have great adhesive and stay put. I like that the do not shift or move around while wearing. They are comfortable and move with you. The long length provides great coverage whether you are standing, sitting or lying down. These are a must have!

I think started getting older myself and realized they are for any age of women no matter how old or young they look/feel. They have completely changed my life! Before I could leave to go anywhere at all, I would always need to carry a bag with extra underwear and panties because I knew I was going to be having an accident. Now that I have tried Poise I feel so much more relaxed just packing one in my bag an not needed to change my entire outfit if an accident or leakage does happen. They protect me and keep my dry all day and all night. I wish I would have just gave these a try sooner. Theyre absolutely everything I ever needed.
