I've been talking it for about a week and have noticed feeling less random stomach aches, less discomfort and less of the feeling of being bloated. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a very gassy person, but that’s mostly due to a cheese obsession coupled with lactose intolerance. The Iberogast capsules helped relieve some of the bloating and gassiness. Be mindful of any other medicines or supplements you take.

I think they work decently at alleviating stomach issues, especially when related to food/diet, but I don’t like that I have to take a pill before each meal. Once a day works better for me personally. The capsules are oddly soft, and taking them out you almost think they will pop. A decent product, but as with everything, consult your pcp prior to adding a supplement to your diet.

They definitely help aid in digestion issues such as bloating, constipation, and any other related gut issues. To see a difference, you do have to be consistent.
