I think its a great idea to take a supplement daily that will help my occasional upset stomach.

I was ok all day but woke up at 3:00 am with terrible heartburn. This may work for someone with mild stomach issues but for me it wasn’t even close to enough. The other issue is the recommended dose is to take one capsule three times a day. Who has time for that?

However, it does contain alcohol. Which after reading the ingredients, I can’t seem to find where the alcohol is, though It is effective. The pills themselves are huge.

I take one gel a day before breakfast. I tried taking more but ended up with slight diarrhea. The soft gels are easy to swallow and don't have any noticeable flavor. I'm excited with the results so far and plan to continue taking the supplement.

I love all the natural ingredients like chamomile, licorice, and peppermint. These don’t upset my stomach and are easy to take. Not sure that I would buy again but I do feel like they help slightly. Packaging makes it easy to transport these for on the go.

I love that they are plant based and the capsules are soft and east to take with water. It's dual action, meaning it helps to relieve upset stomachs, and it also helps to restore your digestive function. I'm always looking for natural, herbal supplements, and this is another great addition to my medicine cabinet. While taking these supplements, I noticed less bloating and discomfort after eating foods that normally would upset my stomach. I only wish you could take just 1 capsule a day instead of the suggested 3 a day.

I was disappointed by a couple things: the frequency with which they must be taken and some of the ingredients are not clean ingredients. Positive: pill is easy to swallow. Decrease an uncomfortable stomach. Patching is easy to open. The pills do have a slight flavor which was not the best. This supplement was a great addition to my daily routine. The softgels are easy on the tummy, and I found I felt great from its soothing benefits. The product addresses indigestion, fullness, heartburn, nausea, abdominal discomfort, and other common digestive issues….so taken as a daily herbal supplement, it leaves you feeling quite comfortable. If I needed a product like this in the future, I would be happy to purchase Iberogast!
