I have taken them a few times with a meal and have noticed that it has helped me feel less bloated and have less heartburn. I did have some relief with these soft gels. I will continue with them until they are gone. I like that they are all natural ingredients and are made by Bayer, a well known company.

The directions recommend taking 1 with water before or during meals up to 3 times a day to help relieve upset stomachs, gas, indigestion, heartburn, nausea, constipation, and indigestion. It also claims to restore digestive functions. I’ve found that these do truly work for me if I’m having a meal with a lot of dairy which can sometimes cause me discomfort. These soft gels are a medium size.

I got nausea while using this product even though it is supposed to soothe nausea. Also; the product contains Alcohol and this is concerning to me for a gut health product.
