I had never heard of this brand before, so I went into it with an open mind. I liked the fact that it did work, but it was not as quickly as I wished. When I take something like this, I want it to work within minutes, and this did not. It worked over time. I did notice less bloating and less gas when using it. I am going to give it another whirl and see if it can get even better.

Admittedly, I also don’t eat as well as I should, so take this with a grain of salt in that respect. I took them but did not notice and improvement in any gastric symptoms. Maybe it needs to be a longer and more ongoing practice that you all need to add healthy eating to, but for me, no magic answer for bloating and constipation. They did not make me sicker, they did not taste poorly and they packaging was easy to use so overall not a bad product, just wish I saw more results. I was hoping to have a bloating before and after photo but was not able to get one that was noticeable enough.

I took it when I started to feel some indigestion and it seems that the pill helped some of the discomfort

The pills are soft gel capsules, small enough that it’s easy to swallow. There is no noticeable taste or odor to the gels which makes it easy to take them daily. It seems to be starting the healing process of my gut. I am also taking a healthier approach to my diet along with this supplement but so far it’s been a good experience.
