While they’re convenient to take and have a gentle formula, I didn’t experience significant improvement in my symptoms. It’s worth trying if you’re looking for a natural option, but keep expectations realistic.

I have a gluten sensitivity so I’m afraid to try them. By the list of ingredients doesn’t seems like they do, but it’s not worth the risk.

Reminds me of a garlic pill or something. Anyway. I think they work decently at alleviating stomach issues, especially when related to food/diet, but I don’t like that I have to take a pill before each meal. Once a day works better for me personally. The capsules are oddly soft, and taking them out you almost think they will pop. A decent product, but as with everything, consult your pcp prior to adding a supplement to your diet.

It has helped with my bloating and constipation. It didn't make me go to the restroom but it just made it easier. I highly recommend these supplements.

I’d prefer bouquet which is a natural probiotic and taking this in my opinion, but for someone who just wants to take a pill and feel a little bit better but not 100% better this could be your product.

When I started taking Iberogast, I've been dealing with some bloating after meals. After taking it for about 1 week and a couple of days I did notice I felt less bloated. These capsules were easy to take and is tasteless. I unfortunately had to stop taking it as it is not recommended for those pregnant. Although I'm not yet, I've decided it would be best to hold off on taking more. It would've been really nice if you can be pregnant and take the supplement as well.

It contains six herbs, Iberia Amara, caraway, German chamomile, lemon balm, licorice and peppermint. This blend is suggested to be taken with a glass of water before each meal. I did have some relief with these soft gels. I will continue with them until they are gone. I like that they are all natural ingredients and are made by Bayer, a well known company.

However, I do want to point out that it is not FDA approved and contains alcohol! I do occasionally get heartburn, constipation and abdominal discomfort so I think this is a good product for me! I took one softgel before each meal and I haven’t had any issues. It can be used daily since it is a herbal supplement. It is made up of a 6- herb blend. Also using daily, supports your stomach health. Can be purchased in a 30 count softgels or as a liquid. I highly recommend using this for any stomach issues!!

It is recommended to take it three times a day before meals. I did notice less abdominal discomfort/fullness, however, taking it three times a day is kind of cumbersome.
