I’d prefer bouquet which is a natural probiotic and taking this in my opinion, but for someone who just wants to take a pill and feel a little bit better but not 100% better this could be your product.

Buyer beware! Softgels contain WHEAT. I was so disappointed when I bought these, took them for two days before I realized something was giving me an adverse reaction. My fault I did not read the label correctly. The liquid has no wheat in it. So disappointed as the soft gels are so much easier to take. Please make them without wheat..
