I started these two days ago and I have noticed that my stomach is calmer than usual and gas is minimized. They are easy to take with water and you are supposed to take them three times a day for optimal results. I found that my stomach is not as irritable when taking these. They also are supposed to promote good gut health as well but only time will tell on that piece. You get 30 of them in the package so there is plenty of opportunity to test out if it actually does provide relief but I noticed a difference in taking these so far.

Admittedly, I also don’t eat as well as I should, so take this with a grain of salt in that respect. I took them but did not notice and improvement in any gastric symptoms.
