I love that they are plant based and the capsules are soft and east to take with water. It's dual action, meaning it helps to relieve upset stomachs, and it also helps to restore your digestive function. I'm always looking for natural, herbal supplements, and this is another great addition to my medicine cabinet. While taking these supplements, I noticed less bloating and discomfort after eating foods that normally would upset my stomach. I only wish you could take just 1 capsule a day instead of the suggested 3 a day.

They claim to help with heartburn yet these gave me heartburn ! A symptom I do not usually experience. They are also awkwardly large and soft like a plastic balloon . Not for me and I love digestive aids and have tried many brands loving most of them. There is also an unsettling warning about products contains iron being poisonous to children this is due to the DYE like why is there dye in here. Why is there soy and wheat? Ingredients that cause digestive issues in a digestive supplement ? What a crock. These are garbage . Walk on by….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found these soft gels to be a good quality product, however I didn’t find that they helped a lot with my irregularities. I had some relief from upset stomach, but it was short lived. I find more relief from other brand items that you chew.

It is a soft gel that offers relief of many digestive issues such as indigestion, fullness, heartburn, nausea, gas, abdominal discomfort and constipation/diarrhea. The directions state for best results, take 1 softgel with a glass of water 3 times per day before or during meals. I like that it is just one softgel that relieves so many digestive issues, however, having to take 3 per day and then waiting for it to start working after taking it is my only drawback. I know when my digestive system is upset, I would like immediate relief or as close to immediate as possible and unfortunately this product doesnt work that quickly. But it does help!

The packaging recommends a dose of 3 pills a day so this package is only to 10 days, which is the only reason I only gave this 4 stars. My husband experiences frequent heartburn and he said after 2 full days that his heartburn was significantly reduced. I recommend this product.
