They can provide relief from indigestion, fullness, heartburn, nausea, gas, abdominal discomfort, and constipation/diarrhea. That being said, I had mixed results. It worked well for a slightly upset stomach, however, it wasn’t as effective when used for gas issues. I'll continue to utilize this all-purpose med and see how it does.

We both felt that it really helped ease the constipation the days after and I felt way less gassy. It did its job and felt great to not have to use medication that can cause side effects. It also doesn’t have a taste or after taste, for those that may be wondering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are needing help with digestion relief then you should try Iberogast. It is recommended to take it three times a day before meals. I did notice less abdominal discomfort/fullness, however, taking it three times a day is kind of cumbersome.

The packaging recommends a dose of 3 pills a day so this package is only to 10 days, which is the only reason I only gave this 4 stars. My husband experiences frequent heartburn and he said after 2 full days that his heartburn was significantly reduced. I recommend this product.

I started taking this a week before my cycle. I normally get pretty constipated and bloated during that time. I noticed I was using the bathroom more. The stools were pretty soft I did start to have diarrhea after taking it for a week straight so I stopped taking it for a few days. The pills are an okay size to swallow with water but it does have a weird taste.
