So this supplement really caught my attention since it is essentially the same idea! It includes chamomile, caraway, lemon balm, licorice, peppermint, etc. All really, really GREAT plants that can be used in healthy herbal remedies and teas. Instead of drinking a glass of steeped hot tea, this is a simple pill! It’s that easy to get your digestive system up and running again. If you don’t want a harsh clean out, then this is the perfect supplement for you!

These pills seem to help with gas but I think I’d need to take them every day. The recommended dosage is 3 times a day and that would use up the pills before a month is over.

As a sufferer of upset stomachs, during the time I was taking these I noticed they were not as bad. I think they did help with constipation. I suggest drinking more water because on days where I drank more water the benefits were more noticeable.

I love that they are made with such great and simple ingredients an that they are softgels, super easy to swallow and doesn't leave a nasty after taste. I personally take them the 3 times a day( as suggested for best results) out of everything i suffer from intense heartburn is definitely one of them an it has subsided that way better than tums an peptobismol. I would absolutely recommend these.

Admittedly, I also don’t eat as well as I should, so take this with a grain of salt in that respect. I took them but did not notice and improvement in any gastric symptoms. Maybe it needs to be a longer and more ongoing practice that you all need to add healthy eating to, but for me, no magic answer for bloating and constipation. They did not make me sicker, they did not taste poorly and they packaging was easy to use so overall not a bad product, just wish I saw more results. I was hoping to have a bloating before and after photo but was not able to get one that was noticeable enough.

I was ok all day but woke up at 3:00 am with terrible heartburn. This may work for someone with mild stomach issues but for me it wasn’t even close to enough. The other issue is the recommended dose is to take one capsule three times a day. Who has time for that?

I started these two days ago and I have noticed that my stomach is calmer than usual and gas is minimized. They are easy to take with water and you are supposed to take them three times a day for optimal results. I found that my stomach is not as irritable when taking these. They also are supposed to promote good gut health as well but only time will tell on that piece. You get 30 of them in the package so there is plenty of opportunity to test out if it actually does provide relief but I noticed a difference in taking these so far.
