[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to trying these but unfortunately they contain wheat. I have a gluten sensitivity so I’m afraid to try them. By the list of ingredients doesn’t seems like they do, but it’s not worth the risk.

However, nothing was made worse either. The soft gels ARE easy to swallow, and the fact that they’re herbal likely makes them a low-risk trial for various tummy upsets. It’s possible that the need to take them multiple times a day for longer than the duration of one box is necessary. That could get costly fast. I probably would not purchase again unless a better value becomes available.

They definitely help aid in digestion issues such as bloating, constipation, and any other related gut issues. To see a difference, you do have to be consistent.

I have taken them a few times with a meal and have noticed that it has helped me feel less bloated and have less heartburn. I will continue to take them to see how they help my digestion in the long run.
