I think they work decently at alleviating stomach issues, especially when related to food/diet, but I don’t like that I have to take a pill before each meal. Once a day works better for me personally. The capsules are oddly soft, and taking them out you almost think they will pop. A decent product, but as with everything, consult your pcp prior to adding a supplement to your diet.

I have taken them a few times with a meal and have noticed that it has helped me feel less bloated and have less heartburn. I was disappointed by a couple things: the frequency with which they must be taken and some of the ingredients are not clean ingredients. Positive: pill is easy to swallow. I started taking this a week before my cycle. I normally get pretty constipated and bloated during that time. I noticed I was using the bathroom more. The stools were pretty soft I did start to have diarrhea after taking it for a week straight so I stopped taking it for a few days. The pills are an okay size to swallow with water but it does have a weird taste.

However, I do want to point out that it is not FDA approved and contains alcohol! I do occasionally get heartburn, constipation and abdominal discomfort so I think this is a good product for me! I was looking for a good product to help my gut health when I found out I was receiving this. I have horrible heartburn and was hoping this product would help relieve it. I have used this numerous times now and it has helped keep my gut healthy as well as keep my heartburn from flaring up. It wasn't perfect but it made a huge improvement and I would recommend it to others. The packaging was nice and the price was reasonable. I do recommend.
