A natural solution to digestive support from a big brand that’s easy to get your hands on and using botanical extracts. They claim to help with heartburn yet these gave me heartburn ! A symptom I do not usually experience. They are also awkwardly large and soft like a plastic balloon . Not for me and I love digestive aids and have tried many brands loving most of them. There is also an unsettling warning about products contains iron being poisonous to children this is due to the DYE like why is there dye in here. Why is there soy and wheat? Ingredients that cause digestive issues in a digestive supplement ? What a crock. These are garbage . Walk on by….

You want to make sure you don't experience any side effects before taking up to three. I noticed a slight difference in improving digestion after two weeks.

The directions say to take one soft gel with water before each meal. I took it when I started to feel some indigestion and it seems that the pill helped some of the discomfort

These digestive pills are perfect for anyone who is easily irritated when eating. They help sooth digestion and strengthen the digestive track. I saw a difference when using these pills especially when eating irritable foods. If you are looking for an over the counter stop to your discomfort after eating these are for you!

Would purchase in the future. Helped with digestion as indicated on the package, no odd smell or nausea after taking.

I carry them in my purse so if I go out to eat I can take a soft gel right before I eat to help prevent heartburn. The soft gel makes it easy to swallow.

The directions recommend taking 1 with water before or during meals up to 3 times a day to help relieve upset stomachs, gas, indigestion, heartburn, nausea, constipation, and indigestion. It also claims to restore digestive functions. I’ve found that these do truly work for me if I’m having a meal with a lot of dairy which can sometimes cause me discomfort. These soft gels are a medium size.

I've never heard of Iberogast, so I'm glad i was given a chance to try it. It is a soft gel that offers relief of many digestive issues such as indigestion, fullness, heartburn, nausea, gas, abdominal discomfort and constipation/diarrhea. The directions state for best results, take 1 softgel with a glass of water 3 times per day before or during meals. I like that it is just one softgel that relieves so many digestive issues, however, having to take 3 per day and then waiting for it to start working after taking it is my only drawback. I gave them a 4 stars just because they only came with 30 soft gels and if you are supposed to take 3 a day for best results you are only getting to test them for a couple weeks. Products like supplements etc should be tested for 30 days to fully give a solid review. But I do think they are helping with my gut health so I’m still grateful I got to try them.
