The directions recommend taking 1 with water before or during meals up to 3 times a day to help relieve upset stomachs, gas, indigestion, heartburn, nausea, constipation, and indigestion. It also claims to restore digestive functions. I’ve found that these do truly work for me if I’m having a meal with a lot of dairy which can sometimes cause me discomfort. These soft gels are a medium size.

This product being a herbal supplement made a huge difference! I definitely felt a relief after taking it, with my stomach bloating being way less uncomfortable and a relief of my indigestion. Would definitely recommend this to a friend!

They can provide relief from indigestion, fullness, heartburn, nausea, gas, abdominal discomfort, and constipation/diarrhea. That being said, I had mixed results. It worked well for a slightly upset stomach, however, it wasn’t as effective when used for gas issues. I'll continue to utilize this all-purpose med and see how it does.

I have been taking these and so far so good. The nausea I used to have has been diminishing and I don't feel bloated after eating. I take one of these about 10 minutes before a meal and they do make me feel good. Overall I would purchase these after I run out.

Reminds me of a garlic pill or something. Anyway. I think they work decently at alleviating stomach issues, especially when related to food/diet, but I don’t like that I have to take a pill before each meal. Once a day works better for me personally. The capsules are oddly soft, and taking them out you almost think they will pop. A decent product, but as with everything, consult your pcp prior to adding a supplement to your diet.

The ease of incorporating is great. When I don't have time for a while drink to use the drops, it's so quick to just take a capsule and have the same benefits! Also great for travelling so my routine is not messed up. I feel more "regular" and less stomach issues so it definitely works! I would recommend this to anyone.
