I gave them a 4 stars just because they only came with 30 soft gels and if you are supposed to take 3 a day for best results you are only getting to test them for a couple weeks. Products like supplements etc should be tested for 30 days to fully give a solid review. But I do think they are helping with my gut health so I’m still grateful I got to try them.

They definitely help aid in digestion issues such as bloating, constipation, and any other related gut issues. To see a difference, you do have to be consistent.
