It seems like everything he eats makes him sick. He started taking these Iberogast soft gels and saw an improvement almost right away. He can now eat almost anything he wants without having an upset stomach and is enjoying some of his favorite foods again. One of the best part of the Iberogast soft gels is that it’s an herbal supplement and is clinically proven to work (which is a super hard process!). I also like that it’s made by Bayer because it’s a company that we trust. These are also very easy to take as you just take one soft gel three times a day with a glass of water. My boyfriend took them with food, which gave him the best results. We highly recommend this product to help with digestion and stomach issues. It helped my boyfriend a lot and he plans to keep taking them to keep himself regular moving forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product before eating a greasy meal and it worked because usually I get heartburn and feel nauseated but this softgel helped me with my heartburn and with the nausea then once I tried it after eating a big meal because I started to feel nausea but this help with that, I’m going to keep using it and I hope it helps with my stomach problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate that the soft gel is small because I am not a fan of big pills. This is helpful as well for stomach upsets like the drops I would say the only difference is you have to wait a little longer for relief in comparison to the liquid.

However, it did take a while for me to feel the effects, but I also only took one pill a day when the recommend dose for adults is 3x a day. That seems high and unnecessary (also tedious), so I will not be doing that.

I am sensitive to taking vitamins because they sometimes make me nauseous, but really enjoyed these soft gel supplements. They can provide relief from indigestion, fullness, heartburn, nausea, gas, abdominal discomfort, and constipation/diarrhea. That being said, I had mixed results. It worked well for a slightly upset stomach, however, it wasn’t as effective when used for gas issues. I'll continue to utilize this all-purpose med and see how it does.

I started these two days ago and I have noticed that my stomach is calmer than usual and gas is minimized. They are easy to take with water and you are supposed to take them three times a day for optimal results. I found that my stomach is not as irritable when taking these. They also are supposed to promote good gut health as well but only time will tell on that piece. You get 30 of them in the package so there is plenty of opportunity to test out if it actually does provide relief but I noticed a difference in taking these so far.
