I love that they are plant based and the capsules are soft and east to take with water. It's dual action, meaning it helps to relieve upset stomachs, and it also helps to restore your digestive function. I'm always looking for natural, herbal supplements, and this is another great addition to my medicine cabinet. While taking these supplements, I noticed less bloating and discomfort after eating foods that normally would upset my stomach. I only wish you could take just 1 capsule a day instead of the suggested 3 a day.
