[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im someone who often looks for things that are more herbal than just regular medicine and reading the ingredients in these Iberogast Dual action Digestive refill supplements caught my eye. I love that they are made with such great and simple ingredients an that they are softgels, super easy to swallow and doesn't leave a nasty after taste. I personally take them the 3 times a day( as suggested for best results) out of everything i suffer from intense heartburn is definitely one of them an it has subsided that way better than tums an peptobismol. I would absolutely recommend these.

I was disappointed by a couple things: the frequency with which they must be taken and some of the ingredients are not clean ingredients. Positive: pill is easy to swallow. Overall, results were not noticeable.

When I started taking Iberogast, I've been dealing with some bloating after meals. After taking it for about 1 week and a couple of days I did notice I felt less bloated. These capsules were easy to take and is tasteless. I unfortunately had to stop taking it as it is not recommended for those pregnant. Although I'm not yet, I've decided it would be best to hold off on taking more. It would've been really nice if you can be pregnant and take the supplement as well.
