It is a supplement, so take it daily to alleviate tummy troubles. A lot of natural ingredients. That's important to me. No need to be apprehensive about this product. Give it a try. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so skeptical about these little brown pills but as a gal who often struggles with tummy issues (gas, bloating, indigestion, cramping, etc), I’ll try anything once. The instructions weren’t very clear, recommending 3 times daily, but I didn’t know if that meant as needed or every day. I opted to take them when I planned to eat large meals or foods I know disrupt my digestion. The first time I tried them I really put them to the test, taking one just before lunch, which was a Brussel sprout salad and bread with cheese, low and behold no stomach discomfort. Later that evening I had pasta bolognese and I took the pill afterward, again no pains, cramps or bloating. I really couldn’t believe it, as all these foods would typically cause so much stomach upset. I’ve since used it here and there and have found it very effective. I love how easy it is to swallow, and that it’s a natural herb blend. I only wish it was more clear how this was supposed to be dispensed. But overall, I’ll be keeping this at the ready in my medicine cabinet.

They can provide relief from indigestion, fullness, heartburn, nausea, gas, abdominal discomfort, and constipation/diarrhea. That being said, I had mixed results. It worked well for a slightly upset stomach, however, it wasn’t as effective when used for gas issues. I'll continue to utilize this all-purpose med and see how it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product before eating a greasy meal and it worked because usually I get heartburn and feel nauseated but this softgel helped me with my heartburn and with the nausea then once I tried it after eating a big meal because I started to feel nausea but this help with that, I’m going to keep using it and I hope it helps with my stomach problems.

I am sensitive to taking vitamins because they sometimes make me nauseous, but really enjoyed these soft gel supplements. I've struggled with digestive issues in the past and this worked great for me.

However, it did take a while for me to feel the effects, but I also only took one pill a day when the recommend dose for adults is 3x a day. That seems high and unnecessary (also tedious), so I will not be doing that.
