The pills are soft gel capsules, small enough that it’s easy to swallow. There is no noticeable taste or odor to the gels which makes it easy to take them daily. It seems to be starting the healing process of my gut. I am also taking a healthier approach to my diet along with this supplement but so far it’s been a good experience.

I have been taking these soft gels twice a day, and I have definitely noticed that I am feeling less indigestion symptoms. Some of the natural gradients in these pills include lemon balm, licorice, and peppermint. Overall, I am very happy with the results from this product.

I got nausea while using this product even though it is supposed to soothe nausea. Also; the product contains Alcohol and this is concerning to me for a gut health product.

They claim to help with heartburn yet these gave me heartburn ! A symptom I do not usually experience. They are also awkwardly large and soft like a plastic balloon . Not for me and I love digestive aids and have tried many brands loving most of them. There is also an unsettling warning about products contains iron being poisonous to children this is due to the DYE like why is there dye in here. Why is there soy and wheat? Ingredients that cause digestive issues in a digestive supplement ? What a crock. These are garbage . Walk on by….
