I love that they are made with such great and simple ingredients an that they are softgels, super easy to swallow and doesn't leave a nasty after taste. I personally take them the 3 times a day( as suggested for best results) out of everything i suffer from intense heartburn is definitely one of them an it has subsided that way better than tums an peptobismol. I would absolutely recommend these.

I take one gel a day before breakfast. I tried taking more but ended up with slight diarrhea. The soft gels are easy to swallow and don't have any noticeable flavor. I'm excited with the results so far and plan to continue taking the supplement.
