I gave them a 4 stars just because they only came with 30 soft gels and if you are supposed to take 3 a day for best results you are only getting to test them for a couple weeks. Products like supplements etc should be tested for 30 days to fully give a solid review. But I do think they are helping with my gut health so I’m still grateful I got to try them.

The pills are soft gel capsules, small enough that it’s easy to swallow. There is no noticeable taste or odor to the gels which makes it easy to take them daily.
