I have been taking these soft gels twice a day, and I have definitely noticed that I am feeling less indigestion symptoms. Some of the natural gradients in these pills include lemon balm, licorice, and peppermint. Overall, I am very happy with the results from this product.

I was ok all day but woke up at 3:00 am with terrible heartburn. This may work for someone with mild stomach issues but for me it wasn’t even close to enough. The other issue is the recommended dose is to take one capsule three times a day. Who has time for that?

However, it did take a while for me to feel the effects, but I also only took one pill a day when the recommend dose for adults is 3x a day. That seems high and unnecessary (also tedious), so I will not be doing that.

My husband has heartburn and the day after his use he had a stomach ache and thought it was from taking it the night before. I personally had no issues and would use again.
