I like the fact that this is a herbal supplement which makes me relieved of any side effects or drug interactions. The size of these softgels are average which makes it easy to swallow. After daily use I have seen improvement in my gut health with relief in bloating and abdominal discomfort. This has now become part of my health routine.

I got nausea while using this product even though it is supposed to soothe nausea. Also; the product contains Alcohol and this is concerning to me for a gut health product.
