I’m not able to clearly tolerate melatonin that well had weird dreams however it does help you sleep, but just not a fan of the way. My personal reactions were to it, but that does not mean the product won’t work wonders for other so at this point I will have to recommend it, and recommend for other people to try it to see how they react to it

I really like the Olly gummy‘s, they seem to work really well. So you can imagine my surprise when I discovered the members mark gummy‘s have 5 mg of melatonin versus Olly’s 3 mg. If you need an extra little boost to get to sleep, these work really well. And I don’t feel hung over in the morning. I feel nice and rested.

These have a taste similar to the smell of crayons, not good at all!! They are far less effective than the generic store brand. We will not be purchasing these again.

We don’t always use melatonin, but when we do - we liked to be knocked out cold. These do just that. 3 members of my family took this and they went RIGHT TO SLEEP!!! Melatonin hallelujah. Peaceful sleep hallelujah. Kids stay in their beds hallelujah. Mom can relax hallelujah. Buy these - no regrets here
