I take the recommended amount before going to bed. I get uninterrupted sleep and I'm well rested when I wake up in the morning.

These are weak if they even have melatonin at all, I’m laying here at midnight awake after taking 4 , 2 at 9 pm and 2 at 11pm

I love these gummies! I naturally take sleeping pills, and when I had the opportunity to try them, I was thrilled! They don't work as fast as my sleeping pills, so I do have to take these a little earlier, but they do work!
