I was hesitant to try this at first but for some reason I have started to become a light sleeper and was not getting as much rest as I should. I popped two of these and the next morning I had a lot of energy through out the day.

Good taste and better rest

Only bought these because my usual was out of stock. Very sweet and not the strength I need. Price is comparable. They taste ok. Probably won't buy again if I can get my usual melatonin

Not a fan of gummies.

These are not as good as Natrol brand. Have to take more than the recommended dose for them to do anything, and you'll still be waking up in the middle of the night.

I used the Melatonin gummies every night for two weeks. The taste is not bad, I just did not have much success with getting better sleep using them. They may work for others. Maybe my tolerance level affected the effectiveness on me.

Didn’t work for me, but may for you

We are a big melatonin use in this household and these gummies are great. They do the job and taste yummy without leaving you feeling groggy in the morning. Great big jar for the price too. Definitely worth a try if you’re on the hunt for a great product to try.
