[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids love this play set! It is the focus of our yard. The kids spend far more time on this play structure than they do in the other areas of the yard. It is great for hide and seek, tag, playing restaurant and more..... The kids ' imaginations are unbridled on this play set and I love watching them act out their games and role playing in the different areas of the play set.

I bought this for my grands for Christmas. They love it! Even the 1 1/2 year old has mastered climbing the ladder and going down the slide! My husband and I put the set together. It was very time consuming taking us about 30 hours to assemble. The instructions, however, were very clear and diagrams show how every piece fits. My husband is a stickler for reading instructions so he didn’t have any problems. The pieces were lane with and inventory sheet in each of the 4 boxes. If I purchased another I would pay the $900 to assemble simply because of time and hubby needed to be running his heavy equipment. Definitely a good purchase. I think it will last for years.

This play set is amazing! It's pretty darn big and was not that hard to put together. There are a few pieces that are missing from the parts list they provide, but with knowledge of using a tape measure and the photo they provide of the piece you'll he fine. There were a couple of damaged/warped pieces but it was not to much of a set back since santa is bringing them the playset tomorrow morning I made due with what I had and will be getting those replaced after. It took me and a neighbor about 13 hours and I know my way around building material. In all fairness it got dark on us the last 5 hours of the first day so that Took a little longer. This was an amazing addition to our backyard and I'm so excited to see my kids face tomorrow morning, thanks for the great product Backyard Discovery!!!!

We bought this for our kids’ birthdays - Ages 9, 6, and 4. We were worried that our 9 year old may be too old, but he loves it as this play set has something for everyone. It took me 2 whole days to assemble, but the instructions were very easy to follow - I highly recommend downloading the app and using those directions in addition to the paper instructions. Some of the pre-drilled holes were not aligned correct, but they were easy to fix. It looks great and our kids love it!!

We bought and set this up last summer. The instructions were fairly good, but a couple of the predilled holes didn't line up where they should have and we had some boards crack as we installed them. Overall happy with it. But a few minor inconveniences in the process.

Box and parts could be easily organized but arent. the screws and bolts were organized by number and it was completely irrelevant. The numbers were so similar and there were so many different pieces that it was very time consuming even after organizing. The cedar wood was very dry and flimsy. I will likely have to add more supports to the house to keep the boards from breaking. Several of the pieces were split that I will have to replace.

I bought for my granddaughters to have something to play on at my house. Starting with opening box boards are not clearly marked. As my husband started putting it together the materials were so chintzy screws had no heads, boards were bowed and broke as he tried to screw them tight, not enough support on the different levels to hold my husband trying to put it together (he’s not a big man) it was so cheeky and wobbly my husband went and bought bracing boards to make it level and brackets to make it more secure...the granddaughters love it now that it’s done and the are allowed on it

I have two boys and one on the way so investing in outdoor toys was a must. This set is great because it has two levels. Multiple swing attachments and a small area we turned into a sandpit. It did take my family a few days to get it together so if you have the funds I would pay for set up!

If you cannot assemble a relatively complex piece of IKEA furniture without issues, don't even ATTEMPT to build this swingset. Building it didn't test my marriage at all. In fact, it bonded us even closer than ever against a common enemy... The manual. Asymmetrical pieces are poorly labeled. The order it has you do things makes no sense. Things won't line up and you'll have to back up a few steps which adds to the assembly time considerably. I eventually said to forget the order the directions have you do things, and it went a lot smoother. Just an atrocious process. End result is incredible though.
