Nice Samsung TV

This TV is a good value for the price. Not high end, but a good 4K picture. Works very well with a Samsung sound bar. The only negative is that this smart TV does not have many apps, so I need to use a ROKU for some viewing.

An Excellent Product

You can't go wrong with a Samsung TV. We have one in our family room and we bought one for the wife's mother. I like how you push one button and all your apps are right there.

Poor Volume

The picture is excellent but the volume is not. At 100 the volume is like when you have a regular TV at 30. That is the only fault I found on this TV.

Hi Vivian, Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Samsung TVs for me or nothing.

I will only purchase Samsung TVs. 5 in the last year to be exact. Over the years I’ve found Samsung TVs to be worry free and high in quality. The ability to tweak settings to my own likings is a bonus.

Processor

The TV is great however the processor is very slow for being a smart TV. We have tried clearing cache and removing apps but does not seem to speed up the TV. Seems like apps load very slowly compared to other TV's.

Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Good but need bolt sizes

Great TV, just confused on what size bolts the TV takes in order to mount it. I have a universal mount that will put any size TV up but it didn't come with its own bolts which is weird.

What happened?

I purchased this TV because I was going to get Netflix, Prime and Disney as free channels. That did not happen. I am billed every month for Prime, Netflix and Disney. Thanks.

Great picture

I am very happy with my Samsung televisions, we have several in our home. The 2 newest TV's have the updated home which took some getting used to, but ultimately I do like it.

OK

The crispness isn't what I expected, and there is a lag when the set is turned on before the main screen opens. It's OK, better than our 10 year old Samsung, but not as much as I'd hoped.

The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen. Samsung continues to impress..

I am amazed at the picture quality of this tv. The set up was fast and easy. It also comes with a plethora of streaming options, my only small issue would be inability/difficulty add Paramount + to tv.
