NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL
do not like the very small remote as its hard to use with such small buttons/controls. the volume bar is fussy and also inadvertently mutes sound. Maybe it's a learning curve but to get to regular broadcasting it is not logical . Picture is no better than my 9 year old less smart tv. Would to purchase again.
Hi ROBOCAT, We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience. Please know that you can control the volume of your TV by pressing the +/- button up to increase the volume and down to decrease the volume. To mute the sound, press the button. You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide. Finally, below are a few settings that I recommend adjusting to improve your picture. Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Quality device, but horrendous support and limits
Overall I find this unit to be good quality and it fills the need I have. I do have some reservations about it, there is no audio output port for a sound bar with such. Additionally I despise the requirement for a Samsung account for the device to even function. Quality of the device is good, but the support and restrictions are ridiculous.

Some problems but overall pretty good once install
I wanted a bigger tv but our space is small. But going from 32 to 43 was good. A little trouble with the install. While TV is light, it is heavy for trying to mount. I also found it difficult to EASILY find and install MY streaming apps. Plus Paramount only seems to work when I restart my TV. Don't know if it is a Samsung problem or an app problem. Over all I am pleased. Not quite a 4 for me but definitely not a 3. And price was right. But wish I knew how to easily install my apps. I ended up pushing buttons and have no idea how I got one installed. Not all of us are tech inclined.
Last way less than expected
TV went bad in less than two years, as well as my Frame TV. Couldn't be less happy with Samsung at this time, and won't be purchasing another Samsung ever again, and they would be the last TV I recommend to anyone. Quality control has really dropped off over time.

Not Happy With New Smart TV
Very disappointed in the performance of this TV. Same refresh rate as the 55' TCL I replaced with this TV, yet it constantly gets blurry before ultimately displaying a clear picture. The remote is terrible, ridiculously small and impossible to read in a darkened room when changing programming. Is there an alternative remote? The home screen is a mess, with so much junk I would never use and again, the layout is too small for a TV this size. I have a ROKU stick plugged into my 45' Samsung plasma in a bedroom that I have had since 2013 and it performs flawlessly. The new set audio is fine with the TCL soundbar, and excellent with the Avantree blue tooth headphones, but the overall performance of the new Samsung is lacking, despite a super high speed internet connection.. I am a television professional and am at a loss at what to do with this new set. Suggestions helpful, as right now I want to return it and try something that performs as advertised.

Excellent visual experience. Good quality.
I bought my tv a couple of months ago and am happy with this purchase but I with I had bought a Roku tv. I hate the remote that came with this tv. It is too skinny and I don't like how it moves through the channels. Unless you have super skinny fingers it's too easy to mess up what you are trying to do. I tried to purchase a different remote but they are all the same for this particular TV. Ugh.
Great resolution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is great choice ,and one of the drawbacks in my opinion is the controler itself missing some of the command prompts when pressed. The other is connectivity issues with the Smart Things App.
Samsung 65” Crystal UHD7200D TV
Color is fantastic, lots o added content and free shows and movies. Do not like the remote. No way to enter station number directly instead of going station by station on the guide. Trying to scan “all stations “ is difficult. Yes I would buy again, in fact I did buy the same TV, in slightly smaller size.
Size
We own several Samsung TV sets. Unfortunately, the build quality of this set is not what I am accustomed to in a Samsung TV. The 45" Samsung set we bought in 2008 and replaced with this one has better picture quality. The colors look washed out, the sound level is stuck at 15, and can be neither raised or lowered. And the flimsy back covering makes the set appear cheap. The price is great for a set this large, but build quality was substantially compromised.

Extremely slow startup
This TV has great sound and a very nice picture. The main problem I have with all Samsungs is that the remote keeps changing. I own several Samsungs now and every remote is different. Even though they are Smart TVs, I use a ROKU on all of them. With the ROKUs, I don't have to explain to the wife or kids (over and over) how each remote functions. We just use the ROKU remotes to control them all, and they are all the same. This particular TV also takes a ridiculously long time to start up. Early on, I kept thinking I forgot to press the power button. In addition to that, it takes a long time to recognize that something is connected to the HDMI 1 port. My other Samsungs start up quickly and go directly to the HDMI port where the ROKU is installed. Even without the ROKU, I think the slow startup will bother most people.
