Shipping was good, fast, delivered when said would. Set up of bed was great, not much smell, gone in 24 hours what little there was. 12 inch is all the fitted sheets want to do to fit, glad did not go bigger. Having hip pain usually and back pain on old bed, back pain was not there next morning. Not much motion to bed, so wife turning over is not noticed. Bed is soft on the side when putting on socks, but when lay down it is great. Planning on buying one more for the guest room, and one for the cabin. Price compared to furniture store was much cheaper, easier to read online the description than listen to store clerk. I do wish it were made in the USA and not China, I would pay a little more if it were.

My husband and I Love this bed! It is the most comfortable bed we ever had. This Night Therapy Elite 12" Ultimate Memory Foam Mattress - Queen is worth the money. We both had problems sleeping and now, when we go to sleep, we fall into a deep sleep. Finally getting the rest we need. You will need to let it air out because of the smell it has. The more you leave the sheets off the bed when not in use, the quicker that smell will be gone. Extremely satisfied with our purchase and hope our bed lasts a long time. Mattress is very firm. My problem is that it is slow to respond to movement. I change position and where I was is still dented. I have to hold myself to avoid falling back where I was. I went to get up in the night and it was really hard to get out of the mattress.

I have Spinal Stenosis and have constant back & leg pain. I had trouble sleeping because of the pain. I have slept straight through every night for the 1st time in over 2 years. I sleep great now. It is not hot like my son's exspensive memory foam mattress. I LOVE this mattress!

I was originally all over the place on this product trying to figure aout what would be the best purchase, either this "MyGel" product or a slightly cheaper version of a memory foam mattress Sam's also offers. Let me say that I am thrilled with my purchase of this product! It was a great choice and it is as comfortable as you can imagine. No back issues, no dead spots, just pure comfort. Friends who have slept on it always rave about the comfort. I put a very thin Waterproof mattress cover on it to avoid staining the cotton cover in case of spills or anything, and it has not affected the comfort at all. Not too hard or soft and one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Would give it 5 stars but for unsure how long it will last. So far I have it 4 months and it remains great! I highly recommend this product for the quality vs. the money spent.

We've been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now and it's awesome. I have rheumatoid arthritis and used to sleep on a spring mattress. I would wake every morning with a backache and stiff. Since sleeping on this mattress I wake in the morning with no backache and feeling much better than I ever have. I feel totally rested. The nice thing is that it is not hot. We were concerned about that because I especially do not like to be hot when I sleep but that is not an issue. My husband likes the mattress as much as I do. We would recommend this mattress to anyone.

It felt great to lay on but was to soft woke up every time I wanted to roll over because the softness in cased my body & I'd have to lift myself up to roll over. Woke up back achy every morning husband too Also sleeps hot too. Switched to a Serta coil bed w a 2" memory foam topper sleeps Great ! Bought it at Sams too! Sleeps cool & comfy

We bought this for our other bedroom. Since my wife goes to bed much earlier than I do we purchased this mattress for our guest bedroom where I most often end up sleeping. We have a $5k Cal. King Tempurpedic in the master bedroom with all the bells and whistles. We've had that one for over six years. This Night Therapy Elite mattress is just as good as the Tempurpedic. It may be a little softer than the Tempurpedic but I find it to be just as good. Whenver I would oversleep on the old spring mattress in this room I would wake up with a terrible back ache. Not anymore! My back feels just fine. I highly recommend this for anyone considering a Tempurpedic or similar bed. A great value for the money.

We went out on limb by only reading reviews and never even testing this particular gel bed at any store, but have tested other gel beds and loved them. So knowing we may possibly hate the mattress and losing $500, we decided to purchase here...and we LOVE our decision! It's exactly like the other gels in the big stores, but paying waaaaay less for luxury. My back pain at night is GONE and my husband's achy joints have also disappeared. When you get the box, it's large but we dragged it into the bedroom. Follow all the instructions and the mattress rises to full thickness within 30 minutes. The other reviews scared me about the smell, and I did smell it out of the box, but I let it air out for one day with no sheets and lots of lysol and febreeze with a fan on it. It was odor-free by bedtime and we've had it for 2 months and haven't smelled a thing. This is a great choice! I'm not disappointed at all.

I was a bit concerned about ordering a bed online that came in a box but I was very happily surprised. It was easy to get out of the packaging and sprung up instantly and has been extremely comfortableto sleep on. I have a bad hip and have used the Sleep Number in the past and this is much better. I am very happy with my purchase.
