Shipping was good, fast, delivered when said would. Set up of bed was great, not much smell, gone in 24 hours what little there was. 12 inch is all the fitted sheets want to do to fit, glad did not go bigger. Having hip pain usually and back pain on old bed, back pain was not there next morning. Not much motion to bed, so wife turning over is not noticed. Bed is soft on the side when putting on socks, but when lay down it is great. Planning on buying one more for the guest room, and one for the cabin. Price compared to furniture store was much cheaper, easier to read online the description than listen to store clerk. I do wish it were made in the USA and not China, I would pay a little more if it were.

Bought this mattress 2 months ago. Let it air out for 1 week. (Even 2 months later it has that "smell" but very faintly--not really complaining). Overall, quite pleased with it. Quite cool-for sure does not sleep hot but we have not yet experienced summer. My wife has bad sciatica and it seems to help her significantly (this is why we purchased it). You do not sink down so deep it is hard to roll. No problems with that. So far, so good. We are happy with purchase.

Originally purchased for ourselves about a year ago, we are now in the process of upgrading ALL 8 beds in our weekly furnished rentals in Surprise AZ to this bed. 2 of our guests were so happy, THEY ordered this bed after their stay. You will want to lay it on a hard flat surface, not a box spring. It has gel, so you will sleep cooler than on a standard memory foam OR conventional mattress ( this was my main reason for ordering ). Make sure you get a good pillow. We are now using memory foam 1 piece ( like a sheetcake ) pillow, not the bread crumbs. The 1 piece will give you more consistent support, always the same height. Your neck will thank you. We have found that the 1 that looks a LITTLE like a horseshoe has been the most comfortable. Purchased from a different warehouse.

Arrived quickly, immediatly removed original "sealy posturpedic" and replaced with Night Therapy Elite 12" MyGel® Ultimate Memory Foam Mattress....Takes a little getting used to, very firm but very supportive and no more pressure points, 1 week in and happy we made the change, much less tossing and turning and sleep better, deeper!

We had an expensive Serta traditional mattress which disappointed us from the start, but had no way of returning. After 2 years we couldn't stand it anymore and despite wasting all that money decided to try one from Sam's due to their great return policy. Never had a memory foam mattress before, was worried it would be too hot. We should have bought this long ago! What a difference. We both sleep better, and realize now that a lot of our morning stiffness and aches were due to the mattress. Very comfortable, very soothing, thinking of replacing 2 guest beds with this mattress. Per the other reviews we did let it air out in a guest bedroom for 24 hours after unpacking it - not a super strong odor, it bothered my husband more than me. It came right to our door, didn't need to be home, and easy for 2 people to unpack. The reviews were very helpful in making our decision but we noticed most were made under one month, so wanted to wait to see how we liked it after a longer period. Very happy with this purchase, and the price was great too. Most of all we were sold by Sam's return policy, which made it a no-risk purchase of something we couldn't physically touch or see ahead of time.

My husband and I Love this bed! It is the most comfortable bed we ever had. This Night Therapy Elite 12" Ultimate Memory Foam Mattress - Queen is worth the money. We both had problems sleeping and now, when we go to sleep, we fall into a deep sleep. Finally getting the rest we need. You will need to let it air out because of the smell it has. The more you leave the sheets off the bed when not in use, the quicker that smell will be gone. Extremely satisfied with our purchase and hope our bed lasts a long time. I did lots of search before finally I bought this one. In the mattress stores usually they will charge you double/triple the price for this type of bed. Some of my friends already had bought from Sam's club and based on the reviews I decided to try this one (specially if I don't like it I could return it, although its hassle carrying it back to store so i was buying this praying that I will like it and wont have to return it). First of all you have to think about the firmness of the bed, its memory foam mattress, so I was expecting a little softer (although I wanted the firm mattress for sure), this one is slightly firmer than I wanted. Sleep wise, its very comfortable. I definitely saw a difference in my sleeping pattern since i started sleeping on this one. Price wise can not complain, its definitely cheaper than anywhere you shop for the same type of mattress.

I have to say, at first I was not sure about ordering a bed online without trying it first. But the details on the materials that make up the bed and the cost for such quality. This was a driving force to purchase this product. I am glad that I did, the first night sleep was something that my body really missed. I have been able to sleep through the night and feel rested and refreshed in the morning. Again the Best Investment I have made in a very long time. I have already told several friends about this bed and hope they will really consider and purchase one for themselves.

We needed a new mattress. Our old pillow top was 18 yrs old, lumpy, and uncomfortable. We have a memory foam topper in our camper and tried a memory foam mattress in the store. We bought this mattress on line because it was not available in the store and had it delivered for $30. We were hesitant to buy a mattress without actually trying it, but the reviews were good and the return policy seemed reasonable. Mattress arrived just when they said it would. We unrolled it and let it expand and vent for the recommended 48 hours. We now have been sleeping on it for two weeks and it is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. I look forward to going to bed. Not sure of the durability, having only owned it two weeks, but so far, it's great. For the price, if I have to replace it every few years, it will still be worth it. It's firm but gives good even support. The foam seems cooler than the topper we have in the camper. We are happy rested sleepers on this mattress.

Purchased this bed without trying it and I have to admit I was scared. I was pleasantly surprised that it is a decent bed, especially because it cost $399. It is a tad more firmer than I’d hoped, but definitely would rather it too firm than too soft! My only real negative is the smell. Upon receiving the mattress, we let it air out for 24 hours before putting sheets on and using it. It’s been about a week and it still smells. I would definitely recommend letting it air out for longer, maybe flipping it over a few times, and spraying some fabreeze.
