I am a 6 foot tall 200 lbs. male side/stomach sleeper. One leg straight, the other slightly bent, like a figure 4. I tend to sleep hot. This USED to be the main reason for me not sleeping well. I have been through 6 mattresses in 6 years and can finally stop "searching'. This is it. THE ONE. Aside from staying cool all night long # it was 90 here in Seattle yesterday & I don't have A/C # sleeping on this mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. I find myself wandering upstairs on weekends for a little "power-nap". I sometimes wonder if I'm addicted to the comfort of the mattress, but I justify it by saying " I could be wasting my time watching tv"! I am beginning to replace all of my mattresses @ my 2 VRBO's in Phoenix with this mattress. Even if they only last a couple of years, for the price, I will have considered it 1 of my better investments. BTW- just as important & equally to blame for a bad nights sleep could be your pillow. In my experience, with my sleeping style, I have found that a solid "sheet-cake" type gel-infused pillow works best. Finally, no backache, no neckache, not too hot.. Only took me 50 years to figure it out!

Purchased this a week ago. Was excited as we have couple Zinus mattresses. I should have ordered this straight from Zinus instead! Who knows how long this was packed in the box. It's been 6 days & still not expanded all the way, suppose to be a 12 inch but only up to 9 so far. Got on the Zinus website & did all they suggested to help it expand, it's lumpy & the corners are all hard. Going to send it back, very disappointed.

I loved this mattress but I had to return it because my wife had allergic reaction developed after few weeks. First we could not figure out what is going on but later whenever she slept on different room that has regular mattress, she was all right but as she slept on this mattress she had rash on all of her body. I did not have any issue but we had to return because of this reason. Hope this will help others who have potential to develop allergic reaction to odor of the memory mattresses. We are going back to buy regular mattress.

I had put off purchasing a much needed new mattress for several years because of the hefty price of the most popular brand name models. I had no idea I could get such quality for such a low price. This is a great quality bed, ordered at midnight and delivered a day later. Assumed it's flat shape almost immediately and we did not experience any of the strong oder mentioned in other reviews. I highly recommend this mattress.

We bought this mattress about six months ago. At first, it was fine. We had no issues. But now we both wake up with our backs hurting so bad. You sink into the mattress and there's a little support now that it's been used for six months. My husband says when you try to roll over it feels like rolling up a mountain because you sunk down so low into the mattress. I read the reviews and chose this mattress for the price and mostly positive reviews. I wish I would've went with something that was more expensive and better quality maybe it would've lasted longer than six months. We've already ordered a new mattress.

I have bought four of these beds starting in 2014 and have recommended them to others who have purchased them, all very happy with the feel and comfort. I still love my first one purchased in 2014. The last one bought in 2021 was so hard we had to put a foam topper on it to make it tolerable. I suspect that the design and/or manufacturer (used to be a Zinus brand) has changed. Don't recommend it unless you like a very firm mattress.

We had been needing a new mattress and we decided to take the plunge and go with this one based on the review and online research. We had never owned a bed-in-a-box memory foam mattress apart from a topper we were using in our old mattress.. The mattress arrived quickly, it was well packed, it took shape quickly, and there was no off-gassing--so I thought we were off to a good start.... That's the end of the good news since I've been trying to sleep on this thing for a week and have NOT had one good nights sleep! This thing sleeps HOT, so I keep tossing and turning and waking up multiple times in the middle of the night because I'm baking from my own body heat. Not even turning down the AC or having the ceiling fan on lets me get comfortable. Lucikly we kept our old spring mattress and I finally got a good night's rest. We gave this thing a decent try and I was expecting a lot more based on the reviews, but ti's going back to the store this weekend and it's back to square one for us trying to find a good mattress.

Very rarely does anything actually help my back stop hurting but this mattress did. It would take 20 minutes for my back to unstiffen every morning with other newer mattress. So went with this one based on reviews and yes it does improve back support. I now wake up and my pain level is so much lower. Within 5 min I feel good. Also I can sleep on my side and not feel back pain in morning. On my other mattress I would have a stiff back all day if I slept on my side. This bed feels a little firm at first but then you slowly sink in just enough.

We have had this queen mattress in a box for three weeks and it is a comfortable sleep. The package was delivered right into our home by FedEx making it easy to open and expand for two days prior to use. While the mattress is better than our 30 plus year old one, I’m not sure I would buy it again.

We've been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now and it's awesome. I have rheumatoid arthritis and used to sleep on a spring mattress. I would wake every morning with a backache and stiff. Since sleeping on this mattress I wake in the morning with no backache and feeling much better than I ever have. I feel totally rested. The nice thing is that it is not hot. We were concerned about that because I especially do not like to be hot when I sleep but that is not an issue. My husband likes the mattress as much as I do. We would recommend this mattress to anyone.
