What a bargain, Had to use it to deep fry Zuccini slices Was it ever yummy!

LOVE THIS PRODUCT. IT' COMES FROM LOUSISIANA WHERE I WAS BORN, AND IT IS USED IN THE POPULAR RESTURANTS IN NEW ORLEANS, BATON ROUGE AND IN ANY AND EVERYONE WHO LOVES FRIED FISH. IT HAS ALL THE SEASONING ALREADY. NOTHING HAS TO BE ADDED.

The name Fish Fry is misleading. We use this fry mix on fish AND venison steaks, boneless chicken breasts, potatoes, etc. Basically anything you might want to pan or deep fry.

Best fish fry available. I did find that I have to cut it with more corn meal due to the salty flavor but thats my personal choice and it makes it go farther too. Nice and crispy even the day after you fry your fish.
