This is my favorite of all the fried seasonings on the market. Being able to get in a gallon size is great for family get togethers. The first bite belongs to the fish but that second bite is all mine

We used this seasoning for our church fish fry and everyone praised how great the fish was seasoned. You need to add nothing, use it just the way it comes and it's perfect every time.

It was a great flavor - but I could do something better to get it to coat better.
