I love this stuff! The seasoning is perfectly balanced…no need to add anything; not even salt and pepper, just the fish. I love it for fried green tomatoes and okra too. I started buying this 30 years ago before grocery stores even carried it. It was a specialty item back then. It’s the best. And this size was a great value.

The name Fish Fry is misleading. We use this fry mix on fish AND venison steaks, boneless chicken breasts, potatoes, etc. Basically anything you might want to pan or deep fry.
