We use this as our “family toothpaste”. It's strong enough for my husband but also gentle enough for my 5 year old.

Its a good brand but I really don't notice it really whitening my teeth. I tend to use it often though but the top sucks.

I will NEVER stop using this toothpaste. I drink ALOT of coffee and you should never know buy looking at my teeth!
