I just bought this air conditioner after our other e was leaving electrical burning smells. So far so good. It puts out nice cool air, isn’t too big, and looks nice.

They have instructions for installing this thing if you have storm windows but in actuality it's impossible to do and have an appropriate seal around the air conditioner. Returned.

This window A / C unit is very quiet and efficient, it has excellent features and from my iPhone I can control the temperature and see the electricity consumption. I love it!

So far, have only have used the air conditioner a few times. Works well. Longevity is the key though. I love the wifi feature. Can control all aspects from our phones. Setting timers is easy.

I did my homework before selecting this window unit. The features and performance made this is an easy decision but now after being in place through some of the hottest Florida summertime heat and outdoor temperatures, it is a proven workhorse.

We purchased this product to get us through the 2 weeks that it took to replace our system. It took care of the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. We were comfortable.

Seems to be cooling my work space in my shed well. Installation was a bit fussy due to the design of my window. Does a better job of cooling than my previous unit.

Love the new AC. Works good and has a lot of nice features. I only wish it went down colder than 64. It's about 10 degrees warmer than what the AC says it is.

Very nice unit with great features for relatively low cost. Bought at the end of the season to replace an aged unit. Much better efficiency and Wi-Fi controls too!

Easy install. Directions were clearer on this smaller unit compared to the larger one, that didn’t illustrate a crossection. Not too loud. Love the smart features and automated controls.
