I love how it’s modern and I can control it with my phone , I have had no problems with it . it cools perfectly as how I enjoy my air .The good ting is that I bought it in summer and the hose gets so hot but to with this no more

this has been a great unit so far had it about 4 weeks I love the ability to turn on and off and set temperature on my phone also like how it tells you how much power the unit is using

When you know that you’re on your way home from work or out and about you can just access the app and turn on the A/C so your house is cool when you get home!

I love the option of remote, my unit is across the upstairs bedroom. It does an amazing job of cooling an entire upstairs bedrrom. I am very satisfied.

This unit cools my lower level very well. I especially love that it works off the Wifi so when I am on my way home, I can use the app to start my ac unit and cool the house down before I get home.

It does what it supposed to it cools a room. Setup for the app was a bit complicated more so because of the position of the sticker for the password on the air conditioner than anything else.

This air conditioner is being used in a spare bedroom in addition to whole house air. I keep it on economy until we use the room & love that I can turn it up of down with my phone!

The unit worked well for 2 seasons. We just installed it for a third, and it's no longer blowing cool air. We've cleaned the filters and carefully stored the unit over winter. Appliances are too expensive to replace every 2 years. I am livid.

I've been using this air conditioner fir a month now and it works awesome.i haven't even needed to turn it to high yet. I love the wifi and turn it up before I head home.

Product works great and i love the smart wifi features in it because i can customized when to shut off/on the A-C when i need to. However, when its turned on, its really really loud. It will bother you eventually. -2 star.
