Awesome features, WIFI/Remote adjusting is great!

This unit is wonderful and just what we needed for our apartment bedroom. The unit is pretty quiet as far as air conditioners go, and works great. WIFI access remotely is great. You can turn the unit on and off, adjust temps, check electricity usage and more. This was very easy to install and secure. Couldn’t be happier with the unit and it’s functions.

We want to help out with your air conditioner freezing. We recommend checking if the filter needs to cleaned, as poor airflow can cause the coils to freeze up. Switching the fan speed to a lower setting for quieter operation but leaving the thermostat at a higher setting will result in not enough air flowing over the cooling coils. This lower airflow will not keep the moisture off the coils and in turn that moisture will freeze.

Junk and out $

Product stopped working a month in - lights flashing and beeping. Sams club won’t refund. GE won’t refund. I’m out $250. Don’t buy.

No longevity

The unit worked well for 2 seasons. We just installed it for a third, and it's no longer blowing cool air. We've cleaned the filters and carefully stored the unit over winter. Appliances are too expensive to replace every 2 years. I am livid.

I love my AC unit

This unit cools my lower level very well. I especially love that it works off the Wifi so when I am on my way home, I can use the app to start my ac unit and cool the house down before I get home.
