I bought this AC Unit for my 8 x 10 woodshop for the summer months in Southwest Florida. This little guy has tremendous power and cooling ability! Most times I have to turn it down because it gets too chilly. The remote is a great addition, I just keep it in my pocket when I'm in my shop. All in all, this AC Unit is powerhouse with great additional features. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to cool off an area like a man cave or game room.

This unit has been wonderful for cooling my upstairs since I don’t have 2 units for the house. It helps cool the upstairs fast and it isn’t that loud at all. The installation was simple and easy. My electric bill has also went down since my unit isn’t having to make up for the hot air upstairs. It’s definitely been a great investment that I will use years to come. WiFi is so awesome because I can be away from home and turn it on or off and set the settings I want. I couldn’t live without it now

I've had this only a month and can't speak to dependability. It cools well and Alexa communicates with "Geneva" to control it by wifi. It's fairly quiet, and there are no special issues with installation or operation. When condensate pools in the pan outside of the house, the fan is designed to splash it on the condenser, increasing efficiency — but leading to a slight additional noise (which is suspicious if you don't know what it is). So far, I'm pleased with my purchase and recommend this A/C.

Love the air conditioner. I have a 2 story older house and the main unit air conditioning doesn’t always reach to the upstairs bedrooms as well as I would like. Installation is relatively simple, and features make regulating temperature very easy! Also love the app connectivity, turning off my a/c in my bedroom from work because I forgot to turn it off is a wonderful feature. I’ll be getting a second one for my office for sure!

So far the few times I’ve used it’s been fine, the blower noise is noticeably less bothersome than what this replaces. The print on the side is really small I can’t make out the WiFi password. I usually don’t write reviews this early and we’ll see how this does when Alabama summer is in full swing! I suspect it’ll do well down here in the basement.

it was very easy to put together , 59 year old female here , and my daughter helped me put in window fits like a glove , I Love it . It gets 100 plus here in Texas and it keeps my living area very comfortable . I love the wifi , my google home changes temp for me , its a great product.

When picking an ac unit, make sure you size it correctly for the size of the room you want to cool. Overall, its a nice little unit, not too loud, at least compared to other units I've owned over the years. I love how there is a drain plug you can remove to let the water drain out. I hate the pinging of water inside the unit hitting the fan blades ... I do like a constant fan when sleeping, so the pinging sounds of water keeps me up. While they say removing the plug the unit is not as efficient, getting a good night sleep is more important at least to me it is. so I don't use energy saver mode at night, so the fan stays on all the time. The airflow fins are way too small to even be remotely effective, you can tilt the air up and down, a few degrees of movement, but left to right, forget about it, the fins that control left/right air flow are the size of a postage stamp and are spaced several inches apart from each other. Poor design, save the money and don't even put the left/right fins if they don't do a darn thing. However, on a positive note, I love the ability to control the unit remotely, so I can turn it on as I'm leaving work, so by the time I get home, I walk into a nice cool room. Since I leave work at a different time every day, using the timer feature is not useful to me as my schedule changes daily. The app tells you how much electric used so can have an idea what it costs you to run it, which is kinda cool... no pun intended. My only complaint is the display goes off after a few seconds ... when in energy saver mode, the fans are off, no lights, I can't tell if the unit is off or on?. I left for work, saw no lights were on so I assumed it was off. When I went to turn it on after I left work, the app showed it was still on. I wish there was a way to set if you wanted the display to turn off or stay on in settings in the app. A solution is to not use energy saver mode, so you can hear the fan going and know its on. The app was difficult to setup based on the information provided in the box, however, I went to a popular video website GE has a video on how to setup the app. It said the same thing, but seeing it done, made it easier to understand.

I love this air conditioner. Its small but efficient to cool off my room. I love that it pairs with my phone so I can turn it off and on. Also choose the setting and see how much I use it. The scheduled on and off is also nice so I'm not using it while I'm away.

Bought this air conditioner for my small business office and it works great! I love that its wifi controlled so if I ever forget to turn it off, I can do it from my phone, set schedules, etc. I liked it so much I ended up buying a second one for another small building.

The air conditioner was easy to install., I needed to replace my old one. Have recently ran it with 90 degree days so far I am very happy with it. I really like the control that comes with it also. I hope it last a few years I put it in a 12x16 shed that I'm in a lot. probably wont be using the phone feature, The unit is 8000 btu and fairly quite. might have given 5 stars if I had a longer time to use through the summer, time will tell
