This sounds very discouraging and we certainly understand your displeasure. To drain properly, this air conditioner needs to be tilted slightly toward the outside. To adjust for this, you can simply attach a piece of wood to the sill. Instructions on how to do so can be found on page 10 of the owner's manual (linked on the product's page on our website). The app shows that this unit's sensing probe is at 68 degrees in a 77 degree room. Must set it at 64 (the lowest settings) to get it to start cooling but by morning its 75 degrees in the room.
