We just installed

We added on to our house 42 years ago and in the bedroom we put a hole in the wall so we could an AC in it. this is the third AC we have bought. It was pretty easy to set in the hole and looks really nice there. We had it running for a few minutes after installing it and cool down right away, we will be using it tonight. I have not set the wi-fi yet that will be next week.

Nice unit. Wi fi works good

I bought this for my small apartment. It works good. I noticed that the display does go dark after it is running. I just run in energy savings mode. It cools nice and i have used the Wi-Fi function and it seems to work good so far. It can be a bit noisy when the fan is running on high. But i'm used to central air at my main location. So it cools good and does it's job. The price was cheaper than home depot and i had it shipped to my door in 5 days. Overall its good and i have no major complaints,. I have other GE products and all work just as good.

Works well. I like that the display lights turn off after a brief period. (I can't sleep with lights.) My only suggestions would be a backlit remote. It's difficult to see the display on the front of the unit when trying to make adjustments during the night. The front display does light up, but other than the temperature, I can't see the settings. Kudos for adding braille to the remote. I believe there is an app available for controls, but I have not tried it.

First one box was sticky with something. Took the ac out and it made terrible noises as it tried to work. Returned it and second one arrived and box was kind of in rough shape ac was bent on side corner like it had been dropped. Good news is it did work. I’m not sure I would order another.
